Lewis was great. Customer service, fitting, etc.

We visited Clark’s Kings Heath high street during the school holidays and had Stephen serve us. It was pretty chaotic and busy but he was so great and very patient with the kids. There was also no pressure to buy the shoes when they weren’t quite right which I appreciated

Amelie served us today. A very helpful and accommodating young lady. The store was well presented with few customers waiting to be served. Stock was limited in the size and width required, buy was still able to assist with ordering shoes for delivery to the store.

School shoes for two grandsons, excellent service and super friendly staff.

Many thanks to Stephen in the Kings Heath store. He was very patient and helpful when measuring my two children and selecting an fitting their shoes. Nothing was too much trouble!

I visited Clarks Kings Heath store today. I have been looking everywhere for high heeled, comfortable but broad shoes for special occasions but no luck anywhere. That is until Kaz at the store helped me. She was very attentive to my needs. I decided to go for a pair of high heeled sandals but there weren't any in my size. No problem they were ordered for me to arrive rapidly, I can try them on when they're in the store and if not satisfied I will be reimbursed. Throughout, Kaz was patient and friendly. Perfect customer service.

Came into kings heath store this afternoon to be met by the very friendly and welcoming Amelie. Had my teen daughters measured for school shoes, the girls were fussing with styles and how the shoes felt. Amelie was attentive to my daughters being very professional, nothing was too much trouble. Engaged in a lovely conversation with my daughters about school. We left with shoes and ordered a pair in. Great people skills, knew her job very well. Pleasant experience all round.

Had to go to Clarks to get school shoes ready for back to school and even though the shoes can be expensive in there it’s completely worth it. One of the workers. Amelie measured our shoe sizes and brang us the shoes we requested. The customer service was great and all the workers very friendly. We now have shoes that fit really great!

Was served by two great guys ,Lewis who was in training with Saif
They were great with my Grandson not two yet , I bought a pair of trainers and they both really went out of their way to make sure they got the right size I was also going to get him some sandles but because my grandson wasn’t handling walking in them properly all decided He wasn’t ready for them ,
Great guys really nice and friendly I hope I get them the next time round

Kaz at kings Heath was very helpful in assisting us in our purchase today without her assistance would have not made a purchase but because she assisted us we ended up getting 2 pairs of sandals .

Always fantastic customer service. Polite, knowledgeable + enthusiastic. Decent selection on offer for a small store (I purchased some Harston Elite Burgundy slippers). However, I would like to see more originals and tribe I a stocked at the Kings Heath store please. Thank you for your assistance Kaz + manager! Blessments.
