Great experience
Kaz helped me out in finding and ordering some new shiny sandals for summertime. She personally recommended the sandals I ended up purchasing, as she owns pairs of them herself and said that they were very comfortable. She made me feel very welcome in the shop, and was very good at managing the shop floor which was a little busy when I came in.

Kaz was so helpful. She checked to see if the items I wanted were available in different sizes. she offered to order the ones that they didn’t have in store for me. She was very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help. It was a great experience shopping here.

I was served by Kaz today at Clark’s Kings Heath. She was a very lovely lady and assisted me to chose the right shoes for me.
