We came in to get our sons foot measured to get his some pre-walker shoes. A lovely staff member of yours - Amirah - helped us with our purchase. She was very kind and patient and answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for making it a memorable experience for us!

I went into Clarks for a specific type of heel that I found online and wanted to try it on in person to see the fit. Amirah from the Highcross Shopping Centre store was absolutely amazing!! She was with my sisters and I for around 45 minutes, doing everything she can for me. I asked her for quite a few different sizes and she went high and beyond from putting insoles and gel pads in to try them on with, with to going back and forth to the back to go and get the different sizes that I needed. I happily left with a pair but honestly couldn’t have done it without Amirah. Thank you so much Amirah for an excellent customer service experience. Would highly recommend this specific store.

Naja was amazing with my son. He's on the spectrum and she made the whole experience of measuring his feet so easy. She made him feel comfortable, which isn't easy to do when he's with a stranger. Highly recommend.

Nina at the Highcross store Leicester was fantastic she helped me chose a lovely pair of boots which actually fit as I have trouble with my legs .She didn’t give up eventually suggesting I tried lace up boots rather than zip which I definitely didn’t think about . 5* Nina well done great customer service

Been looking for a pair of loafers from Clark’s for over a year since I delayed my action to buy them and they sold out. They recently released a new pair again in my size with a shiny look so I quickly went down to Clarks in Highcross Leicester . I asked the two ladies Nasima and Jade if they could help me in my search for these loafers and they did their very best in assisting me . Helped me find the shoe, swiftly placed the order in my size as they were running out of size 12’s extremely quick and the shoe was ready to collect 2 days after . Came in to see the shoes and try them on with both ladies assisting me once again. Was a very good experience and really loved the service . They were both very nice, friendly and answered any questions I had . Very grateful.

Went in for first pair of shoes. The sales rep Ujala was very helpful, measured her feet and made sure the shoes fit but with plenty of growing room. Always trust Clarks with delicate feet.

Great service which is beyond measure at Highcross Leicester by Nasima and Jade the store manager. Honestly I have so many issues with my size 9 feet. Both Nasima and Jade go out of their way to help me. They really understand my pain o
