I had the pleasure of visiting Clarks in Highcross, Leicester today, and I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by Kayla. She assisted me with measuring my children for their new school shoes, and her professionalism and attentiveness were second to none.

Kayla was absolutely brilliant with my children, making them feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. She was incredibly thorough when measuring their feet, taking the time to ensure that the fit was perfect. Her attention to detail was evident as she patiently checked each pair, making sure they were the best possible choice for my kids.

Not only was she skilled and knowledgeable, but her friendly demeanor made the experience a delight. It’s not always easy shopping with children, but Kayla’s warmth and understanding made it stress-free and even enjoyable.

I’m so grateful for her outstanding service and will definitely be returning to Clarks Highcross for our future shoe needs. Thank you, Kayla, for making what could have been a hectic task a pleasant and memorable experience!

We visited the Clarks in Leicester Highcross and received a warm welcome from Raheema & Jade. We were early for the Good old school shoe fitting, but they were really accommodating and said Raheema could measure the children's feet straight away. She was lovely with the children, super patient, listened to them and even double checked the fitting with her colleague Jade (which I thought was really good, as I know the pressure is on to get through everyone, but a 2nd opinion is always worth an ask.) The children are thrilled with their new school shoes and Clarks even offer a 3 month guarantee which is a fab idea - but fingers crossed we won’t need it.
Thank you for such a smooth experience, very much appreciated… particularly when shopping with kids!

We came for our 1 year olds first pair of shoes and Naina was so helpful, kind and patience with us with getting the right pair of shoes! We thoroughly enjoyed it and can’t thank Naina enough!

Shameera and Jade were super helpful towards my sister and myself in the Leicester store in The HighCross Centre. We had our feet measured and the service was great.

We were served by Ujala, couldn’t fault her at all. She gave 5* service. I only get one day every 2 weeks with my daughter due to us living so far apart. I was dreading getting her feet measured but Ujala made it so easy, she also made sure my daughter got the shoes she wanted. I hope you can pass on my appreciation, it’s rare employers get the opportunity to employ someone so amazing. Keep her :).

I visited the store at the high cross mall to buy shoes for my son. Completely satisfied with the customer service and the maintenance of the store. Shameera did a great job and helped us finding the right pair within a few minutes.

MJ was super helpful, measuring our baby's feet with patience! She gave us helpful advice, and space to look at the shoes in our own time. Thank you!

I was after a specific model of shoes that was out of stock everywhere including online. Yogita, the sales lady was more than helpful in getting it for me, and she also checked for stocks in other variants on my request. She then helped with finding shoe care products for the shoes. Excellent service with a smile!

Shameera from the Clarks in Leicester is an outstanding sale assistant! Very patient and knowledgeable, we would like to thank her for being so kind, friendly and approachable. She helped us to find the right pair of shoes for my baby. Since she start walking I struggled to find the right ones for my baby. Shameera changed my mind to come often for the Clarks which I have never bought any shoes from them ,we would %100 come back! You made our day and my baby was over the moon she couldn’t stop walking and smiling.🥰❤️
