Shopping for shoes with 7 year olds
Shopping for shoes with 7 year old twins is not the easiest of experiences but Clarks in Leicester were once again patient, helpful, friendly and great with the children. Thanks particularly go to Diya and the Manager

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service!
I was shopping for my daughter’s school shoes and received some incredible advice from a worker named Aamanah which greatly helped my decision making process. I felt very comfortable to ask her questions and as an older woman, it was really useful to have a younger persons perspective on what the styles like these days 😅 I would’ve ended up buying some sensible loafers if it wasn’t for Aamanah’s advice 🤷♀️

I had a really good experience at Clacks Leicester Highcross. I was helped by Rhameer, who understood what I needed straight away and provided helpful advises in choosing the right size. I have never been disappointed by Clacks quality, but the helpful staff makes the experience even better. I can only recommend shopping there!

Children’s shoe fitting appointment
We bought our daughter to Clark’s for her new school shoes, we booked an appointment online, arrived and we were seen promptly on time. Nasima was really friendly and helpful, had a conversation with our daughter. Overall a really pleasant shopping experience 😊
