3rd pair of same shoes. Wonderful fit and comfortable.

My friend and myself came in today to get school shoes for our 4 children. An extremely lovely lady called Millie headed straight over to us and found us a seat. She immediately began measuring feet and was fantastic with the children. She then asked all the children which shoes they liked and she went to get them, even bringing some extra styles out just incase. She was so incredibly efficient and made the whole experience effortless! An absolute credit to Clark’s!

Jade (Lincoln branch) was brilliant in helping us find the correct school shoes. The customer service was excellent all round. We were served very quickly and staff showed patience and understanding throughout.

We went to the lincoln branch today, my daughter needed school shoes. We were served by Lucy C and she was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I always use Clarks for school shoes as they are measured properly and last well. 😊

Lucy T at Clarks in a Lincoln was a massive help and a Gullah made getting school shoes a stress free experience for the first time ever. I hate school shoe shopping as my son also hates it and is extremely fussy. Lucy T sorted him out with shoes that met his approval and they were fitted and we were on our way in record time 👍👍

I visited the Lincoln store for a school shoe fitting with my two children. We were served by Mollie who went above and beyond to ensure we chose the right shoes, both in terms of fit and looks. Mollie quickly recognised that I wasn’t a keen shopper (true!) as I was focused on quickly getting some shoes and leaving. She was incredibly patient with my children’s uncertainties of choices - I think we were being attended to for almost an hour - in a very busy shop. Absolutely felt I got my money’s worth.

Mollie, at the Lincoln store, outstanding young lady, took our foster child who suffering with global development disability, she recognised instantly, move our family to a quiet area, spoke directly to our boy on his level, bonded and gave him trust in her, thank u mollie, your a star xxx

Sarah in the Lincoln high street branch was absolutely amazing with my little girl who desperately wanted a certain style of shoe.

Took my son to get his foot measured for school shoes.

The store was very busy but there was plenty of staff on hand to help.

We were served by Jade who was really friendly. She helped my son have his foot measured and gave us time and space to choose some shoes. She helped fit them and made sure they were a good fit for my son.

Great service. Did not have to wait at all because they had a huge amount of staff ready for the school shoe madness. Lucy C. In Lincoln helped us and I can say she was absolutely brilliant. Found us exactly what my daughter needed and understood exactly what her likes dislikes and weird feet worries were. Not easy! Thank you for making it simple this year.

Took my daughter to Clark's Lincoln for her school shoes, and it was such a good experience. Tom was amazing—so patient and really knew his stuff. He made sure we got the perfect fit and recommended shoes that would last through the school year. My daughter walked out happy, and I felt like we made a great choice. If you need school shoes, definitely go see Tom!

Served today by Ella M in Lincoln. She was very helpful sizing and sorting our 3 children for school shoes. She made sure they had the right ones and several trips to find stock in the back was no trouble. Very friendly and polite, thanks.
