A really helpful and enjoyable visit to the Clark’s shop in Lincoln. The service was excellent and the staff especially Toni could not have been more professional and helpful to me. Thank you.
Toni at Clarks Lincoln -
Toni was incredibly patient with my little boy when sizing and fitting new shoes for him.
All members of staff in the store were polite and welcoming and I felt no pressure to purchase even with a shoe fitting. The store was clean and well presented, overall very welcoming.
Toni made the checks on little ones feet fun, encouraging him to check the mirror and run really fast in the store, ensuring we'd gotten the correct shoe/fit and showing him the dinosaurs on the sole of his chosen trainer.
Couldn't fault our service today, thank you!
Took my little girl to Clark’s in Lincoln today and was helped by Louise. She was so patient with my little one and went above and beyond to help get her some shoes and some sandals. Can’t recommend Clark’s enough. Thanks Louise.
