Came to Clarks to buy my daughters first pair of shoes, staff members Lynzi and Zoe were absolutely brilliant with my little girl, they measured her feet and made sure she had a good comfortable fit and they were absolutely brilliant with her and she couldn’t stop smiling the whole time! Was a really lovely experience and they couldn’t do enough for us to make sure we were happy with what shoes we chose, overall a great experience and we will definitely be back for her next pair of shoes!

Jo at the Lowestoft Clarks store was extremely helpful as we were buying our grandson his first pair of walking shoes.
Advising us as to what he needed and explaining all the details of how she measured and fitted the shoes that were best for him.

This is the second time I bough shoes for my baby and Lynzi helped me both times she was very lovely and made sure my son was comfortable in his first ever shoes!

Lauren selected some perfect summer school shoes for my 2 children, and fitted them very well. While I do wish children's shoes weren't quite so expensive (as they grow out of them so quickly), we got a good fit with plenty of growing room, chose a style that would double at school or social occasion for plenty of use, and Clarks are always hard-wearing and good quality for growing feet. Thank you.

When in Wednesday to get my granddaughter some shoes she’s only 20 months and the lovely lady help her so much. Even got her to sit down. lol. We were help my lyn21 at the Lowestoft store. Very very helpful and did all she could to help. She my granddaughters day one very happy little girl. Thank you again

Called at our Lowestoft store and was looked after by Zoe. She was lovely, friendly and very helpful. With her help I found a pair of shoes which I liked very much and fitted perfectly. Many thanks.

So great to still have a shoe shop in local town. Clarks shoes are always so comfortable and well made . Service was very helpful, Jo was friendly without being over the top or pushy and really understood what i was looking for . Got two great pairs of shoes we is great for me as i suffer with neuropathy in my feet and it is difficult to find shoes .

Lindzi approached me shortly after visiting the store. After a hip replacement I was tired of pulling boots on and off and was looking for some shoes with a slight wedge on them. I also needed a wide fitting. Nothing was too much trouble for Lindzi and she was quick to get me the sizes I required.
I am pleased to say I walked out of the store with two pairs of shoes. One pair of sandals and the other trainers which I promptly kept on.
