We visited the Lowestoft store today and Zoe served us. She was extremely helpful and patient with the children, had lots of knowledge and gave an honest professional opinion on all the shoes they tried on, it was clear she wasn’t just trying to get a sale and had the children’s best interest in mind.

Jo and Kate made a trip to Clarkes with pre school grandchildren a relaxed and successful one. They found us the shoes we like and fitted them well. And they were in the sale!

Lovely experience with Jo very attentive and displayed many options of school shoes. Also measuring my daughters feet and making her feel comfortable throughout the experience. Absolutely lovely staff and shop !

Just bought a new pair of boots from Jo at your Lowestoft store. After great service discussing fit and use, she showed me your range of aftercare products both for my new purchase and for my old pair! I left with my boots, 2 protectors/balms and also treated myself to a brand new bag!! Thanks Jo!! You’re a credit to the store!!

Visiting the Clarks shop in Lowestoft , I was very happy with the service . I was served by Kate , who was so helpful and on explaining I had had surgery on my left foot she was very kind and methodical in making sure I was happy with my choice of shoe . Considering that she is a new member of the Clark’s team I think she will be a good asset to the team . I’ll be back !!

The staff in the Lowestoft store were particularly helpful to both my wife and I when we visited this afternoon, their friendly personalities and patient assistance made the whole process of purchase so much more enjoyable. We will most certainly visit again and recommend to all of our friends and family.

We visit the Lowestoft store regularly & all the staff are very helpful but this summer two members of the team went above & beyond. I was looking for flower girl shoes/sandals for my children & saw the perfect sandal on the sale rack. Trinity & Lynzi were so helpful. They didn't have any of my childrens sizes in store but took the time to phone the next nearest store (Norwich) who did have both sizes we required! They even arranged for them to hold them for me for 3 days, which was super helpful!

We also returned to store a few weeks later for school shoes & both Lynzi & Trinity were very busy yet remembered my children & asked how the wedding was. It's a shame customer service isn't as good as this at other places! Thanks so much for being so fantastic.

Thanks to Jo at the Lowestoft branch for helping find very comfortable shoes that fitted my difficult feet (and for fixing the return of my wife's online order and all the rest that complicated customers bring along with them)

I took my granddaughter for her first shoes. Jo ( the shop assistant) was everything we could have asked for in a friendly,polite ,professional and lovely member of staff.
She knew exactly how to put my granddaughter at ease and gave us expert advice and help with choosing new shoes.
I came away so impressed that I made an appointment to go back in 8 weeks to continue our journey of purchasing next stage shoes.

The shop assistant was extremely helpful in fitting my husband's shoes. He recently had a toe amputated and is type 2 diabetic he needs wide fit comfortable shoes. She ensured the fit was right and offered to order if my size was not available. I recieved excellent service from Laila.

Laiia from the Lowestoft store gave our family such wonderful service in August. She was really patient with my little kids, who kept changing their minds and being a bit difficult. They thought that she was wonderful and we are happy with their choices of footwear. Thank you Laiia from the little French-English kids!
