Brilliant experience in shopping for school shoes last night Olivia was brilliant with my child even taught her how to tie her laces

I just had a great experience this week getting my children's feet measured and shoes organised for school in the Abbey Centre in Northern Ireland (12.08.24). Gavin our Sales assistant was brilliant with our children and understood they had various needs and was incredibly patient. It made what can usually be a stressful experience for the kids and parents so much easier!! Many thanks to management staff also who clearly had the whole process running so smoothly- little to no wait for service despite the shop being incredibly busy!

Quick, easy . Nice lady Maria at abbey centre Clarks had me in and out it 3/4 mins perfect shoes in hand.

Matthew in the Abbeycentre couldn’t have been more helpful when I was in today getting school shoes for my 3 daughters. He was so patient, helped them choose styles and was so friendly while we were measured and fitted. He showed my oldest daughter the ladies shoes also to give her more choice and even though the style my youngest wanted weren’t available he was able to show her other styles which she loved or offered to order the original ones in for us. Such a lovely experience in a usually stressful day out!

Gavin from the Abbeycenter store was amazingly helpful and made the experience very quick and easy

I booked a fitting online, we arrived early and were taken straight away. Charly, our sales assistant, was fantastic. My son’s feet can be awkward to fit as he has very narrow ankles but a high instep which makes his feet measure quite broad. After measuring his feet and trying a couple of different styles, Charly recommended a style that were perfect for him. I was really impressed by the service we received.

Samuel was very patient and a great help when we called in for school shoes for our teenagers.

In the store in the AbbeyCentre recently to get school shoes for my niece and nephew we were served by Brenna, her patience and knowledge was fabulous and she couldn’t do enough to help.

School shoe shopping is not the most relaxing experience when you have 3 boys with additional needs. However, Abigail in the Abbeycentre was brilliant. She listened and helped put insoles into 2 of the boys shoes. Small things like that make the consistent experience in this particular store very positive. Abigail got the shoes we requested and did not seem to be fazed by the boys general disagreements. So a big thank you Abigail. You have made me a lot less stressed and we will definitely be back.

Charly was very professional,friendly and efficient getting the right shoes on the first try. We always buy from Clarks as they have a range of wide fitting shoes and the quality is excellent

Went today with my grand daughter to the abbeycenter store looking for new school shoes and was greeted by a lovely young man called max, he was very helpfully and informative, and she got the shoes she wanted.

Arrived to look at school shoes, staff member Zayna was friendly with us during measuring the kids feet and offered some suggestion regarding styles of shoes. She ensured they fitted well and that they felt comfortable on kids feet. She highlighted in store offers and suggested scuff protection (though we never felt pressured by her to purchase). Well pleased with the shoes and service we received.

Zayna in the Abbeycentre store was great at helping us get sorted with school shoes for the new school year. She took the time to make sure the shoes fitted properly and was great at talking to the kids and making them feel comfortable. A great experience.

Had a super efficient kids school shoe fitting (x3 kids) Gavin our sales assistant was very patient, very informative and very pleasant. My oldest is 16 and we go to clarkes every year as their feet are so narrow. This experience was one of the easiest. Gavin was brilliant. Just what we needed in what can be a potentially stressful situation.
