I went into Clark’s at Abbeycentre for a pair of shoes where I was greeted by Maria who was just wonderful. Maria was so helpful & knowledgeable, she made me feel very at ease and didn’t rush me at all. She gave fantastic customer service & explained the different Clarks aftercare product very well. I had the best experience with Clarks, thank you Maria.

Fabulous service from Cara T in the Abbeycentre branch. I took a faulty pair of shoes in. She was great with my daughter and replaced the shoes without any hassle. This kind of service is why I go back to Clarks for my shoes and also my daughters shoes. Well done Clarks!! Keep up the good work!!

Clarks Abbeycentre. …
I went into Clarks Abbeycentre today with trainers on that were too large. The lady who helped me was absolutely superb. So pleasant. I got insoles which she put into my trainers for me and retied my laces so they would be a better fit. Just wonderful. Such a change from staff in some stores today. I always got Clark shoes for my children but they are grown up now but this lady ( I asked her name : Cara T ) has made me feel I will go to Clarks for my next pair of shoes. Being an older lady ( 67 ) , it is just wonderful to be treated this way. Thank you.
