We can shopping 12/8/25 around mid day, we were served by a lovely lad named Bradley, we came for school shoes. It was quiet a busy day with children shoe shopping,
Bradley was a really nice person, very approachable, friendly, thorough and professional, nothing was too much trouble. I asked a question and he wasn’t sure about but asked a manager and came back to me straight away with an answer. My daughter struggles with shoe fittings etc but felt very comfortable and reassured with him straight away. I feel credit where it’s due and thanks to Bradley we had a nice experience I don’t usually write reviews but I was very happy with our service I feel I have to.

I was blown away by the service I received on sat 9th Aug in your nottingham store by louise.
The quality of customer care was so good I ended up purchasing two pairs of shoes instead of one. A gold star to louise please who recognise good service and customer care which is hard to find in retail these days.

Lovely staff helpful

We are really happy with this service. Store was really busy on a children section but one of the staff help my son calm down with some coloring sheet and crayons, and I would like to mention another staff Charlie who did my son school shoes fitting, he was so patient with us , Thank you

We visited Clarks’ yesterday to buy my son some new school shoes.
We were immediately greeted with a warm smile by Charlie, who gave us amazing customer service from start to finish.
Charlie was very patient throughout, advising and thoroughly checking each pair of shoes that my son tried on to ensure the right fit. Overall we were extremely happy with the service. Thank you Charlie, a credit to your store.

Came in to Nottingham today with our daughter for school shoes Lucy served us and she was very patient and attentive to our disabled daughter who will not sit still.

Haliyah was amazing fitting my daughter’s first school shoes. Her and her colleague spent ages getting exactly the right fit for her. They also made it a lovely special experience as they were so sweet and kind with my daughter.

Easy to order and quick delivery.

Amazing service. I wanted a pair of shoes that had run out online. I went into a Clark’s shop and they managed to order me some from their warehouse and get it delivered to me within three days!

The customer assistant Bonnie was an absolute gem. I walked in looking for some formal shoes for working in an office environment. She was incredibly kind and supportive in helping me try on at least a dozen pairs.

Louise was the most helpful store assistant I’ve ever come across! My daughter really struggles to find shoes that fit and that are comfortable. Louise was brilliant, measuring and finding the perfect shoe, as well as giving great advice on how to care for them, break them in etc.

We've had lots of experiences with Clarks getting shoes for our now 3 year old, mostly good, but today's experience with Phoebe in the Nottingham branch was so good I had to leave a review. She was absolutely phenomenal, engaged with our daughter so well, was so lovely, patient and relaxed. Nothing was too much trouble and she seemed genuinely delighted to be helping us. Far and way the best Clarks assistant we've ever had.

Always very nice service, dropped a star as I would like to have the ability to click and collect, I was in town and asked if I could collect the shoes, which they had in Store and said no, instead I had to come back 2 days later, pay another parking and spend another 2 hours there and back.

I entered the shop and welcomed with 5 smiley faces and a very warm welcome.
The whole shop made the customer experience efficient and effortless.
Katie went above and beyond to help me buy my perfect pair of boots.

I have ordered a number of pairs of shoes recently ( to make sure I make the right choice) all have arrived quickly; as my size was not available in the shop. I have returned most them via my local store and found the staff very helpful.
