Went to buy my little boy his first pair of school shoes, Amelia was so lovely with him, she was fantastic with kids and gave great advice! Lots of choice and a 3 month size guarantee!

Had a fantastic experience fitting my children’s school shoes today at Clark’s in Nottingham. Rowan was very patient and kind with my six year olds - thank you.

today i came in with my two children to get some back to school shoes and was served by a young lady called Imogen. She was helpful, prompt and polite making our experience a very pleasant and enjoyable one!!

Imogen was fantastic. Only been there a few weeks and come across as a pro. Even helped my son learn how to tie his laces. Superstar employee in the making.

Visited the Long Row, Nottingham store and all the staff I interacted with were professional and helpful. Would like to give a special mention to Anita, who was able to find a pair of shoes that my daughter loved and were comfortable as well. Stellar customer service from Anita. Will definitely revisit this store next time I need to buy school shoes

Today I was served by Haleema Junaid a sweet staff member at long row clarks. She was kind and helpful and answered all our concerns with ease making the school shoes shop easy and quick. Thank you.

Hannah was great with my son who is autistic. Very patient and made sure we had the right shoes. Thank you!

The sales assistant, Phoebe was very helpful and patient with my daughter and son when they were trying on school shoes. She had a very friendly manner and provided an excellent service.

I was served by Jess; she was extremely helpful. I was taking my younger cousin to get new shoes for school and he was unsure of what he wanted. Jess helped us go through a good amount of options until the little man was satisfied. Also gave us great advice on how to take care of the shoes. Ended up leaving with a new pair and protector spray. Very satisfied!

She had a lovely smile and was excellent at finding shoes to meet my daughter's needs. The shop was tidy and had lots of friendly staff that made sure we were seen to. Good environment whilst I was there so hats off to them !!

Came in to the Nottingham store last week had a great experience the staff were great with my daughter very polite and the manager was lovely and helpful.

Aisha - Amazing and friendly she has a lot of patience when it comes to children and I appreciate the time and effort she spent.She has gone above and beyond to find shoes that fit my child with an extremely narrow fit. Well trained !!!

Visited this afternoon.
Was greated by a lovely lady called Hannah , so paitent with my 2 children ( 1 autistic & 1 ADHD ) we was not rushed nor did we have to wait to be seen .
All the staff were very helpful & cheerful which in turn helped with my childrens mood while trying on shoes.
A1 service & definitely recommend going there for any footwear especially childrens .

Was served by Louise for my two children school shoes shop was very busy but seemed very organised great service very helpful and chatty

Served by Chichi for my 11 year old daughters school shoes. firstly Chichi couldn’t undo the laces then the laces were taken out of the shoe completely. It then transpired that Chichi could not lace up the shoe as it should have been with the laces straight across, so a criss cross method was used on one foot and a complete mess on the other foot and somehow thought that was the appropriate way to correctly fit a child’s shoe. They were uncomfortable on my daughters foot and they couldn’t be tightened up properly on one foot.
Not only that but the right shoe was taken off display in the shop and it had been in the boiling hot sun all day and when it was put on my daughters foot it was uncomfortably hot but Chichi just sought of told her to get on with it. Especially being a shiny black shoe which attracted the heat on a 27 degree day. It’s a joke. I have pictures of this ridiculousness if anyone at Clarke’s is interested in seeing them but not sure how to attach them to this review.

Fantastic service from Anita who served us. She was very helpful and friendly. The manager however seemed unprofessional talking down to staff in front of customers.
