Popped into Rushden lakes store to pick up a pair of school shoes for our daughter.
She has very slim feet so have found it hard to find shoes that fitted well.
We were served by Luke and nothing was to much trouble, bringing loads of styles and sizes for us to try. Even got the store manager to double check fitting before we purchased.

I went into Clark’s looking for school shoes in rushen lakes. Was helped by an extremely nice lady, Chelsie! Thank you for helping me get my school shoes Chelsie.

I was severed by Chelsie today, she was very helpful and friendly, she was also wearing the shoes I was trying so this was super helpful in advising on comfort and any breaking them in issues.
Chelsie also advised me on the best product to buy for rain protection.
Really nice experience.

Dani was amazing, I went into Clark’s for a pair of sandals for my holidays. Dani asked me what I was looking for. With her help I chose a lovely pair, unfortunately my size was out of stock. Dani straight on her iPad and ordered me a pair to be delivered to my home address. First class service well done Clarks for having such a wonderful assistant in Dani. Gold star Dani

Went in on the off chance to get my daughters feet measured as she’s just started to walk so thought it would be a good time to get her first pair of shoes.
A lovely person called Robyn was incredibly kind and helpful, she was great at entertaining my little one (11months) and encouraging her to walk around in the shoes. We never felt pressured to buy or made to feel like there was something else to do and she spent a long time with us to make sure the shoes fitted nicely.

Chelsea was very helpful, my little boys first time having his feet measured and he had a great experience. We purchased his first school shoes with Chelsea’s support.

I shopped for shoes/trainers for my problem feet. For a Tuesday morning the store was surprisingly busy. However, Dani juggled a number of customers with wonderful skilful agility. Dani was helpful and patient in narrowing down my choice selection and I am more than happy with my purchase.

Having taken my son to a couple of other shoe shops with mixed results, we ended-up at Clark’s at Rushden Lakes and what a breath of fresh air!

Other shops had my son in shoes ranging from size 10 to 11.5, none of which I thought were a good fit. Having been properly measured by Nichola, the store manager, we found out that he was actually a size 8.5 and not an extra wide fit as we’d been told elsewhere!!

Nichola brought us a range of shoes for my son to try and we very soon had the perfect shoe in the perfect size. Yes, we paid slightly more than some other shoe shops but we got 10 times the level of service and quality.

Special mention is due for the outstanding customer experience we received from Nichola and we will definitely be back.

Excellent customer service offered by Nichola at Rushden Lakes store early on a Saturday morning. My son needed new school shoes, and Nichola was efficient, friendly and very kind to my chatty 4 year old! We got the shoes we wanted swiftly and are very happy with our purchase.

Nichola was brilliant from start finish quick and easy for are little girls first shoes very knowledgeable

Emily at the Rushden Lakes Store was amazing! Our daughter for medical reasons requires custom insoles which we really struggle to find shoes which can work with them and are comfortable for her.
Emily went above and beyond to try and find a shoe which would work and even thought outside the box to try and find a solution.
We felt listened to, she was patient and really great with our daughter.

Big thank you to Robyn & Nicola for your help today. They explained all colours available in the styles i wanted and difference in the fittings which resulted in different sizes being ordered.
Without your help i would have left empty handed but instead i left the store buying multiple pairs a mixture of in store and online purchases.
Despite being an indecisive customer I never felt rushed while making my choices your patience was appreciated.
