She understood my son with special needs and disabilities could not leave his wheelchair to go upstairs to the childrens section
So she kindly bought lots of shoes down the stairs for us to try, we were very happy with our purchases

I would like to share a wonderful experience my family had at Clarks in Southampton, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Saara. She was incredibly helpful in assisting us to find the perfect pair of school shoes and casual shoes for my daughter. Saara’s knowledge of the products was impressive, and she took the time to ensure the fit was just right. What really stood out was her warm and respectful approach, especially with my daughter, who immediately connected with her. Saara was patient, understanding, and made the entire experience enjoyable for us. My daughter even said she already misses her, which speaks volumes about how lovely and genuine Saara is. We wish her all the best and a very blessed, successful career ahead. She truly made our visit memorable!

Amy was professional, friendly and helpful. She was great with our grandson which was especially important as this was the first time he had been measured for shoes! Great selection of shoes. All were good value for money - a bonus was that our shoes were in the sale!

We were seen by Saara in the Southampton Above Bar Street store on Sunday. We didn't have an appointment to get our 2 year old son Harry's feet measured but Saara saw us and made sure the shoes fitted perfectly. They were very engaging with Harry and made it a fun experience even giving him a dinosaur to colour in! Thanks Saara!

Very friendly and flexible.
Took a young teenager in for a fitting on the cusp if width fittings. George was very friendly and talked to the youngster, explaining everything to him. Tried a couple of styles in different widths

Maria was very helpful and welcoming. Tried several pairs of boots and got a perfect set. A usual Clark’s store clean and spacious

Layla was very good with my daughter for her school shoe fitting at the Southampton store. Made her feel at ease and we were not rushed despite the store being busy.

We headed down early one morning to Clarks Southampton towards the end of summer hols hoping we could beat the rush (aware we didn't have a pre-booked appointment!) - Sadika help us immediately, she was smiley, friendly, helpful & polite. She helped my son try on a few different styles & widths to find a comfortable pair of school shoes. She suggesting he try insoles to help get just the right fit (he only needed one for one foot!). Sadika even kindly went & got a colouring sheet & a couple of crayons for my daughter to keep her entertained! A really nice experience - thank you Sadika - would recommend!

Some lovely school shoes, easy to look at, not necessarily the best for stock as limited for choice for the size measured up at, which is understandable, however we found this particular staff member not the most cheerful, almost was grumpy and we felt like the person didnt want to serve us, do we didnt feel overly welcome and satisfied with the visit, we but shoes every year and this was the first time although we normally shop in Whiteley and this time in Southampton.

Matt was very helpful and although I was hesitant about the shoes my daughter chose he assured me they fitted her well.

Brilliant service for a new pair of work shoes from Hardeep in Southampton. He's a credit to Clarks. Chuck him a bonus, Clarks. He deserves it.

Purchased Clark’s shoes for my children for the first time in 2023 they lasted the whole year. Normally they go through 2-3 pairs a year. The shoes are excellent. I never even considered going anywhere else this year. I was served by a young lady name Vinisna today and she is an absolute credit to the store, very polite and professional.
