We visited Clarks in Taunton. Lucy was there to help us. She measured my sons feet to confirm the size of shoes he needed. We knew exactly what we wanted, and Lucy went to get the right size. She helped my son who is disabled by putting his shoes on for him and tying them up. He confirmed they were comfortable and we paid for them. Lucy was very efficient and pleasant throughout the process.

I was looking for a pair of ankle boots and a pair caught my eye. The shop was very clean and tidy and I was greeted by both assistants as I entered. Wasn’t sure of my size but Lucy very quickly offered to bring out both possibilities. I bought the first pair I tried. I was offered the products for their aftercare. A pleasant/successful experience all round.

A great experience in a bright, clean and airy store. I was served by Benjamin who was knowledgeable, helped me be confident with the shoes I choose with some shoe care-fantastic asset to your store.

Just left Taunton store a very happy customer. Grace was exceptionally helpful and very patient whilst we tried on several pairs of shoes.

Our 1 year old hates getting her feet measured but Jess remained really calm and got on and helped us measure her feet with no fuss despite a wriggly, crying baby. She made the whole experience so much easier and calmer which made a huge difference. Thank you so much!

Excellent experience at the Taunton store on a Saturday, with Jess doing a fantastic job. She made sure we were well looked after, measuring up my young daughter and helping us find appropriate school shoes for the things she likes to do. She was friendly and professional throughout, putting my daughter at ease and ensuring we ended up with a well fitting, comfortable and highly functional pair of shoes. What could have been a chore turned into another nice event on our day out with Daddy. We will certainly be going back for her next pair!

Amazing customer service as always here at Clarks. Today I was served by Lucy and she did a superb job. She was diligent and proactive with serving me and gave me space to try on my new pair of shoes. She was kind and courteous and I took up her offer of shoe polish as an upsale. I train people in how to give excellent customer service and Lucy was a great model of this today. Clarks get it right every time!

Jessica was absolutely fantastic when we went into the Taunton store. She was really thorough when measuring my daughter’s feet and explained in detail about the sizes, shoe styles and my daughter’s high arch. Really helpful and her time was much appreciated.

We attended the Taunton store and were dealt with by Jessica. A very helpful and kind your lady who was very accommodating and professional. She was great with the children. Asset to the company.

Lucy greeted me at the door , then left me to browse. We shared the joy of Clarks' half- sizes. As I have a weak grip, she undid a zip and advised me as to its ongoing use.
The joy of 2 new pairs of Clarks' shoes was matched by the pleasure in meeting Lucy
