Went to Clark’s today and was served by dawn. She’s the only person who I trust to measure my children’s fit. She’s outstanding kind with the children understanding but her knowledge about shoe fitting is amazing. Was measure week before in Clarks and wrong size was taken. Came back to see dawn and measured correctly. She needs a pay rise. She’s asset to Clark’s. Left having brought 3 pairs of schools.

My daughter has 2 very different size feet, not only in length, but width and instep. It is a puzzle to find shoes available in correct sizes that fit well. Karolina helped with patience and suggested the shoes we eventually bought (and stayed beyond her shift to help us). Great service. And the odd shoe scheme is perfect for us so we can buy the shoes we need (rather than 2 different pairs)

The store was busy (which was expected) but we didn't have to wait long. Iola was patient with my two grandchildren in for school shoes, very thorough and experienced with the fitting. Very happy with my purchase.

We were served today by Melissa at the Taunton store.
What an absolute pleasure… the easiest and quickest I’ve ever been in to buy school shoes for my children.
Everyone left happy.

The store was clean, bright and well staffed.

I could see plenty of staff especially in the children’s area which is where we needed help.

Staff greeted me and handed me over to Lewis.

Lewis listened to our needs/wants. As we had just returned from an unsuccessful trip to a local outlet.

Lewis fitted school schools, daps and weekend shoes.

He was polite and sociable with my little boy and showed him all the cool things about his new school shoes.

Would visit again!

We went to get measured for school shoes after my son had been at sports club all day, so he probably had yukky sweaty feet! We were served by Mason and he was great, very patient and thorough. We also needed new trainers which we were going to come back for at a later date, but Mason told us about their promotion so we got them on the day saving us £10! This visit reaffirmed by trust in Clarks.

Clark’s in Taunton visited during back to school shopping trip. No appointment, seen straight away by helpful, friendly staff. Served by Mason who was very tolerant of my eight year old (and me) and managed to get a pair of shoes with little stress. Thank you.

Kristian was really kind and my daughter, who normally hates having her feet measured, was surprisingly calm. All the staff at Taunton store have been helpful whenever I've been there. Grateful for good service on the high street.

I took my 3 children to have feet measured. I booked an appointment. They were running on time and had fantastic service from Lydia.

We had a great experience finding the perfect school shoe. Niamh in Taunton was excellent and immediately put a slightly nervous boy at ease whilst measuring him for his very first school shoe. Thanks Clarks!

We went to the Taunton store today to get new school shoes. Mitzi was really helpful and patient, taking the time to make sure that my child was happy with the style of shoes and that the fit was just right. Really appreciated the care taken. Clarks shoes have always provided good support for growing feet, and their school shoes tend to last really well.
