Niamh at the Taunton store was incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble! I brought in my son and she listened carefully to what I was looking for for him and recommended the perfect shoe for us. Amazing service
I visited the Taunton Clarks store with my 8 year old son on Friday. My son has sensory issues and choosing / trying on new shoes is a major ordeal for him (& me!) The sales assistance Aimee W was absolutely amazing with him - calm, patient, nothing was too much trouble and listened to his comments about each pair of shoes. Because of her attitude and professionalism the experience was so much easier and less stressful for my son.

Perfect Fit for Shoes and Great Customer Service
Visited store to buy last minute school shoes. Always helpful in making sure that shoes fit perfectly, especially as child's feet are a little wider than standard and most shoe shops don't cater for this. We were helped by Meg who was very helpful and patient with a child who found experience a little overstimulating.

Great service getting school shoes for…
Great service getting school shoes for both my kids. Friendly help from Benjamin. Ordered in a size they did t have. Clark’s have now started offering a blue light discount too which is nice.
Only knocked a star off as I do feel the range is fairly limited for ‘girls’ school shoes, without many robust / tree climbing options. And they didn’t seem to have many larger sizes in stock, but easy to order.
