Jackie & Helen at the Telford branch were fantastic! First time pre walkers and they made us feel really at ease, they had no issues with letting the little one crawl about and we’re really good with us. Bought some lovely little shoes and look forward to returning for her future shoes. Thank you both !

The assistant in the shop was incredibly friendly and helpful. I appreciated the fact that he did speak to my son rather than to me, as it was my son who needed the shoes. He was very apologetic that they did not have the correct size in stock but recommended that I check the website, which I did. The website was very easy to use

I met Elise at the Telford store today who was absolutely brilliant with my SEN son, was so accommodating. Normally we have meltdowns during the process but we had non today.

This was a great experience and we had a lovely lady called Berenice we didn’t know what we were looking for and she helped us try lots of shoes and was still lovely and patient really great experience.

Served by Leanne and came out with a great pair of school shoes and another pair of first walker shoes for my 2 boys. It was the easiest part of getting school ready and really happy with our purchases. Leanne was great and made sure the shoes fit them properly which was a lot less stress for me. Booked an appointment and would definitely recommend as I was in and out quickly and had 121 service

We had Hannah to, fit, find and help with our ‘back to school shoes’ shop. She was so kind with my boys. She asked them what they preferred whether it be laces or Velcro and also if my older son wanted a classy shoe or something a bit more robust. She gathered a few pairs for them to choose from and really looked after us. My younger boy is autistic and can struggle with these moments especially if it’s busy which a ‘back to school shoe’ shop tends to be. Hannah was great with him and said she understood, even when I’d said I’d had an issue with a certain shoe style in the past. She reassured me they had changed their suppliers and that the shoe in question had a much better sole to it now. My daughter wears a splint as she has cerebral palsy and I was extremely nervous going into the shops today to find school shoes. She starts in September so this was a new experience for us. I really didn’t think she would be able to have some school shoes that would fit but the staff were so helpful. From the staff member who greeted us and found a fitter to help us to the lady who fitted my daughter and found the perfect shoes. An emotional day made a better by the expertise and kindness of the staff.thank you.

Excellent service I was served by Callum I wasn’t looking forward to my visit as my son is autistic and does not cope well around to many people but he was amazing with my son took us to a quiet area in the shop and helped assist with my sons measuring and first pair of school shoes definitely up there for customer service and paitence thanks will definitely be back x

Clarks in Telford were excellent at finding the right school shoes for my son. Louix T was really helpful and thorough, to make sure the shoes gave the best fit for extra wide but little feet!

Store was very busy but we came back at a set time and was quickly assigned Elise to help us, she measured my sons feet and gave us a few options, she really cared that he was given comfortable shoes in the correct size despite how full the store was she gave as much time as we needed she is an excellent member of staff, will be back again.
