Thank you to Nathan who served me today. Very attentive, fetching numerous sizes & styles. I went in on speck to find comfortable shoes for a bid event in London. Not really prepared for shoe fitting session but Nathan was very helpful.
Later I tried to order a different style online being given a delivery date BEFORE the event. Having placed the order, the delivery date was AFTER the event. Telephoned Customer service straight away to expedite or cancel the order made less than 2 mins before. No. They could not cancel the order but please say something nice on Trustpilot !!!

Helen in Telford store made my day! She found me a pair of sandals that I’d wanted to purchase on line but couldn’t find my size. Although the sandals weren’t on display, Helen found me the last pair which happened to be just my size. She was friendly and courteous. To make things even better, there was a discount code so I got them for a reduced price!

Glen was great with helping my two year old son get his feet measured today . He has been really upset in shoe shops in the past but Glen was so calm and explained everything to him. Glen was really knowledgeable about correct shoe fitting and observed how my little boy walked in his new shoes (which were discounted so it was a win win!). We were so grateful and pleased with his new shoes. Which have dinos on. Added bonus.

We took our Autistic son to the telford store today where we met the amazing Glen. Glen turned what is usually a very stressful experience for our son and us into a great experience that we are all incredibly thankful for. Glen showed great knowledge and even greater patience in getting the right footwear for our son.

Helen at Telford branch is amazing. She’s helped us a few times over the years and has always been kind and helpful and has always made the experience a pleasant one, for both kids and parents. A credit to Clark’s and the along with the quality the shoes, she is the main reason we keep coming back! Thank you Helen x

The Telford Clarks is my family's first stop for children's shoes because we know we'll get first class service. Today was no different, thanks to Hannah, who treated the children so well, speaking to them as if they were the customer instead of just speaking to us parents, which was really lovely. We were also served by Callum, who was fantastic too.
And finally today, I found myself impulse buying some beautiful sandals from Glen, who has served us in the past too, and is just brilliant. He even remembered what we bought last time, an impressive memory for shoes and customers!
