Yesterday I've been in a branch in Worcester and had the most amazing service ever!! So pleased to be helped by Sophie who not only helped me with my choice but had the most charming smile and greatest attitude. So finished with two pairs of gorgeous shoes and jump in just to kill a bit of time:) Wish to meet more assistants as Sophie on the shops.

We took our 1 year old in for his first shoes. This was our second attempt and a much more successful one. Dani helped us and was really good with our little boy, we were very happy and walked away, all of us, with his first pair of shoes.

I normally hate buying shoes! The shoes you like don’t fit or worse they don’t have your size, it takes forever to be seen by the staff! But not on this occasion served immediately by a very helpful staff member who helped me with my choices, had the shoes I wanted and made it all very pleasant experience. Thankfully Clarks shoes last for ages so next time I need new shoes I will be going straight back to find Anna!

I double ordered and no problem returning one pair.

Fantastic, attentive and extremely patient Sophie helped me choose my new boots. The boots are so comfortable and have great arch support which is important for any age! The only problem was trying to decide which pair of great boots to buy!!

Bought shoes in the sale for my grandson. Lovely colour and excellent quality as expected. Friendly efficient service

I am extremely thankful to Anna at your Worcester store. She was so helpful and patient with me .I was returning a faulty pair of shoes which I have brought many times before. I went in on Monday afternoon and by Wednesday my shoes were in which I needed for work. She is an amazing Asset to your company

Fin was very friendly and approachable. Woth customer service like that, this yiung man will go far. Just a reminder to him to suggest he quickly clears away the boxes of unsold pairs of shoes I had tried on but wasn't going to buy I'm honest, but some unscrupulous people might bag a free pair of shies whilst you are taking thr payment for thr shoes I was buying.

Today we went into the Worcester branch of Clarkes shoe shop .
We were served by Anna of Worcester.
Her service was excellent & very professional. We had a problem with a pair of school shoes , we were worried whether it was going to be a problem that couldn't be resolved. Anna was so helpful & reassured us it was something that could be resolved . Thankyou Anna .

I recently visited the Worcester branch of Clarks looking for knee high boots unfortunately the ones I tried on didn’t suit me but Anna was very helpful and suggested a different pair of boots but they needed to come from another branch she ordered them and kept me updated with delivery. Went into branch today to try them on they were exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Anna for your suggestion and help 😊

Went to our local Clarks in Worcester for our daughter’s first shoes. She is nervous of new people and we were worried she would get too upset to have her feet measured. However, there was nothing to worry about. She wasn’t overly keen at first but Sophie was incredible, took her time and was so lovely that she won her over. We cannot speak highly enough. She made our daughter feel at ease and actually turned it into an enjoyable experience for us all. Thank you Sophie!!

My recent visit to Clarks in Worcester was nothing short of exceptional. My child needed new school shoes due to discomfort and recent injury. It was just before 5pm closing time, a point when most retailers are eager to rush you out the door (cant blame them tbh). However, we were met with the most patient and attentive service from Sophie.

Sophie was incredibly sweet and gentle with my child, taking the time to explain the technicalities of proper foot wear and the right type of school shoe. She patiently measured my child's feet and discussed the best options with such care and expertise that we'd be forgiven for thinking we were at a podiatrist.

Without sounding corny, it's rare to find such genuine concern and dedication to customer service which is important to me as i dont necessarily like online shopping. We left feeling confident that we had found the perfect shoes.

A huge thank you to Sophie for making our visit so wonderful and apologies for keeping you way past closing.. We'll definitely be back, probably at the start of next term!

Sophie was brilliant with my toddler measuring and choosing her shoes, made it all fun for her and remembered me when I returned to make my purchase and leaving was really helpful with the purchase. Thank you all.

Friendly and prompt service, helpful but not 'pushy'

Shoes arrived several days left with no updates, explanation or apology. When I rang the customer service 2 or 3 days after expected delivery date they were unable to tell me why parcel is delayed, how long for nor they let me cancel the order and issue a refund. They said they cannot chase the warehouse for updates and I just have to wait for more information but refused to tell me how long for.
Basically, the customer service did absolutely nothing to resolve the problem or answer any of my questions.
I also visited the shop and yet again they did nothing to hep but I was told I was a 3rd customer with the same problem in an hour!
Extremely poor service!

Niamh provided excellent customer service. Friendly, polite, approachable and made great conversation with my child. Making sure they were comfortable and happy when making lots of choices.
Very much appreciated also the “3 month guarantee”Excellent service again from the Worcester Clarks branch.

Lovely Izzy Robinson fitted my daughter with new trainers. My little one doesn’t like getting shoes fitted and Izzy found the perfect balance of helping but not overwhelming her. Thank you!
