Grace at the Worcester branch was brilliant and so helpful. Although is was chaotic with the back to school shoe shop in full swing we were seen quickly and had good choice in shoes. Will definitely return to this branch

The staff, especially Molly was very helpful and patient. She was also knowledgeable in advising the right size and style of shoes as my son has to have an insoles.

Sam in the Worcester store was very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure my daughter’s shoes fit properly.

Olly was fantastic , helped us straight away was friendly and dealt with our needs well

Olly at the Worcester branch was great!! Really calm, polite and efficient in what was a crazy crazy day we visited! I am so grateful we booked a slot as we were supported as soon as we arrived, we knew exactly what we wanted so it made for a great experience, we waited longer at the pay point than we did for the shoe service, but Olly kept us up to speed with what was going on, thank you

They're all lovely staff in worcester . We came closing time and they let us in and very attentive to my son and the guy made sure that it's the correct size and if my son was comfortable w/ the shoe.

Lillie was fantastic and so helpful. She literally couldn’t have done more for my girls in sizing and choosing their new school shoes. My eldest is 8 and is measuring at 3.5, her disappointment when realising that the unicorn shoes she wanted did not go up to her size. Lillie went out of her way to find the best shoes for Poppy and shoes that she liked and fitted well. For my little one Lillie managed to order her size into store as patent was not available in store. She made my girls feel excited about new shoes and went above and beyond. Thank you Lillie!
