On placing an order I put the correct…
On placing an order I put the correct address and it was showing correct but on the confirming email it had missed the important part- first line of address. It has happened 3 times. I had to chase Every-download Every App and update delivery to receive my order- stressful chasing. Lot of unnecessary chasing.

Visited the store at the Designer outlet in York. Brought my grandson to be measured for first shoes. A young man was busy serving another customer so asked another member of staff for help. Wow! how fast can you measure a baby's feet then literally leg it in case you have to actually offer some customer service!? Utterly lazy and useless.
I asked another member of staff if she could find shoes for me in a different size to those on display.
She stepped behind a door, counted to 10 came out and said 'No'.
One young man working and two large ladies idling and taking the p*ss. Won't be back.

You supplied me with a pair of GTX…
You supplied me with a pair of GTX boots. The boots are fine (on my fourth pair!), the laces are woeful and not fit for purpose:
1. One of the laces was already frayed on a brand new pair of boots.
2. The laces don't achieve their purpose, which is to secure the boots on my feet. They are too slippery to stay fastened, even with a double knot. This is important because I had an Isadora Duncan moment when one of the laces became snagged in my bicycle chain and I narrowly escaped serious injury. Please supply laces that are fit for purpose as befits a superb pair of waterproof boots, which are otherwise ideal for cycling.

I was completely sad as I have brought my all shoes and boots from Clark for years I never brought anything on line I saw the shoes in my size fantastic price but when they arrived they were completely to small I couldn’t get my feet inside the shoes so I had to return them
