The shoes and boots were excellent. One star removed because Clarks use EVRI knowing that they are unreliable. The last 3 parcels EVRI has delivered with my address on the label has been delivered to No 5, No 8 and No 10, but I live at No 9. EVRI tells me my parcel has been delivered when it still is sitting at the Hub. Why does Clarks use a delivery firm it knows to be unreliable?

Placed an order on 20th of Nov and not delivered on 10.12.2024
I placed an order on 20th of November, it's been more than 20 days and parcel was not delivered.
I contacted Evri and the Clarks Outlet but nobody wants to help me.
I'm gonna lose the money for some people being incompetent to do their job and deliver the orders which were placed

Toddler shoes in half size
I ordered a little pair of shoes for a toddler who is between sizes. It is difficult to get half sizes but Clarks are one company that do them. The shoes are just as described and came packaged well. Buying in the Outlet site represents good value if you can get what you’re looking for. Delivery was as expected and in good time.

Great product - Awful delivery
Order was very easy to place and loved the item I ordered. Delivery atrocious, driver didn't knock, left parcel behind a small plant pot on full view for everyone. Live on a busy road, anyone could have easily picked up parcel and walked off. Not Professional at all.
