Inept payment system used by a useless company.
If I could give no stars I would. It took me nearly 2 weeks to purchase 2 pairs boots as the internet ordering and telephone complaints both refused 3 of my bank cards. All the cards have been checked by my banks and have nothing wrong with them. As the telephone calls are also automated my bank cards were declined there too. I was telephoning almost daily for 2 weeks and was told repeatedly that they were experiencing problems. In the end I received 2 orders because my debit card was again rejected by their system so I reordered with my credit card which was accepted. Needless to say I was billed twice. As this company is so inept I really couldn’t be bothered to send 1 of the orders back at my own expense so have ended up with. 4 pairs of boots. The only saving grace is the boots are nice and I buy similar ones every year. I really have no inclination to use this company again and would like to see a reply to this feedback. The people who answer the phone are lovely but they can’t take a payment and can only keep passing you back to their automated system which is obviously not fit for purpose.
Since writing this review I have received a reply from the company. They offered to allow me to return the items free. Although I was pleased that they were trying to help I declined and am keeping both orders. Their complaints department is obviously better than their payment department. I now feel that I can use this company in the future.

Good service at a very reasonable price. Sizing of footwear is always perfect and I have no worries when ordering that the fitting will be as it should. Thereby always happy to order online without worry of sizing.

Poor quality
