I made a mistake and sent back the wrong shoes in the right box
I made a mistake and sent back a pair of children’s shoes I wanted to keep, I managed to send them back in the box of shoes I didn’t want to keep. I didn’t realise my error till we were close to starting the new school year and saw I had the shoes I didn’t want.
Whilst it was difficult to hear the customer services lady, Tshiela was her name, because she was in a call center, she helped me solve this issue. I was really struggling to explain clearly what I’d done but she didn’t get frustrated with me. Very pleased with the service.

My 12 year old sons shoes ripped in the first month, don't really expect that from Clarks as I have bought from them before. And referred to customer services for and exchange/refund. I also bought she's for my 8 year old, which have had no information issues with.

Good,I bought an outlet pair of shoes, tried return to store but was advised I’d need to send by post as it was a franchised shop.
But if I wanted I’d could send back and they will return P&P took a while to get refund so no problem as I loved Clarke shoes,I contacted Clarke by phone the customer advisor was lovely Rishe refunded straight away thanks for you timely support and kindness Paul
