I was naive too when I ordered a pair of "Clarks leather orthopaedic boots". when they arrived I realised i had been done! Pretty boot but definitely not leather, definitely not Clarks and definitely not the size I ordered. Guess we live and learn.....

Ordered these in January 2024. Tracked from China. Despite ordering 1/2 size bigger and wide fit , they are 'snug'. No heel support , needed to fit an arch support to wear for any length of time. Wore 2 days ago in rain and they leaked from sole. OK they are cheap slip ons but are misdescribed in their advert. My comment on their site seems to have been removed.

Ordered a pair of boots, thinking they were from Clarks originals, there not! Completely my own fault, should have checked website better before ordering. Arrived after weeks of waiting, far to small, according to website they could be returned. Email address given didn't exsist.Don't order from this website

My mistake,did not check first,Ordered shoes,then the website,stopped receiving my e-mails,so contacted my bank reported as a scam,14 days will recover my money.lesson learned.

I have just received my 2 pairs of Clarks discount online womens leather orthopedic boots.
They are dreadful, nothing like genuine Clarks boots. Not leather, cheap material uppers, and so small I can't get them on, even if I wanted to, which I don't! I have just emailed them for return information.....but having just read all the other reviews, I am not too hopeful. How stupid was I !

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service and product quality. The return procedure was lengthy and the customer service was rude( J00467773). Additionally, the return address was deliberately delayed, and they refused to refund the money.

Scam - as other reviews

Fell for the advert on Facebook as genuinely thought it was Clark. First of all it took 3 weeks for the boots to arrived, quality is appalling. No invoice or return address. When contacted they offered me a 20% discount to keep them or return them to China.
As previous reviews mentioned, nothing to do with Clark. Appalling rip off

DO NOT BUY!
I ordered two pairs of boots. They look nothing like the online picture, are at least 2 sizes smaller than I ordered, and one of the boots has a fault in the heel seam so I can’t get my foot in. The company refused to refund or replace even the faulty boot without me returning the pair AT MY OWN EXPENSE to China, which would have cost more than the original price of the boot. I repeat, just DO NOT BUY!

Absolute rubbish like everyone else says, found them on my Facebook newsreel, looked great and saw clarksdiscount.co.uk so thought it was legit, costs more to return tracked than the item is works .... 100%RIP OFF. And who are all the liars giving great reviews ... 100s of them!!

Rubbish Rubbish Product, I cannot emphasize enough.
Please do not buy anything from this website, this is not Clarks as we know it. This scam taking millions of pound of our hard earn monies.
My experience is just like the other 89% of the people, this is a RIP off Chinese scam. The person (Customer Services) might be based in this country or another using this email andersonfgyjulie275@gmail looks like a UK based scammer.
The wrong size shoes, quality is awful, not returning your money and asking you to find a company to ship thie product

Goods have arrived, NOT clarks at all!!! What a rip off I ordered 2 pairs wrong colour sent wrong size. These people should be removed from this site before more people get caught out.

Nothing to do with Clarks shoes - but using their logo. Beware.

I stupidly ordered a odour of genuine leather Clarks shoes. As soon as I opened them I knew I'd been scammed the syrong plastic smell was over powering. Definitely not Clarks, despite an identical logo.
Why do the genuine Clarkes allow this to happen.

i foolishly read clarks discount andthought the sale offer for orthopaedic winter ankle snow boots was the real thing . gosh how wrong! disgusting quality not at all as advertised .cost more than worth to return TO CHINA do not buy from this sight .

These boots are rubbish, definitely not leather, I ordered a 4 and they sent a 5, when I asked about returning them they said they could only refund me20% if I wanted to keep them, or pay for postage myself, lesson learnt, don’t buy from these scammers.

Over priced for very poor quality and misleading advertising a Chinese company masquerading as Clark's subsidiary.

An absolute waste of money! The boots are cheap imitations. They are not what they are advertised as- orthopedic, warm ..they are flimsy, thin and actually quite dangerous as have no grip. I ordered a size 9 ( I'm an 8 but wanted to allow extra space for thick socks. They are very small. Perhaps a 6.5/7? I feel stupid as I rarely buy online from unknown advertisers and this has reinforced my view and won't do it again. I'm finding it very hard to return them as the returns policy suggests they wont refund discounted stock! I paid £18.99 plus postage!
