Like so many ads on Facebook absolute fake item

I wish l had read the reviews before buying but the ad looked genuine. Foolish not remember the old saying if it looks too good to be true it probably is.
The boots do fit well, however are a brushed material not leather and are so flimsy will probably fall to pieces if worn too often.
A Chinese company masquerading as a Clarks subsidiary

Don’t waste your money!
I couldn’t even fit my feet in the boots …lightweight imitations lacking material, certainly not wide fitting as I ordered.

The boots I received today were barely worth 1 star. They had never seen any leather, are cheap and nasty, I’ll-fitting and considering they were supposed to be “orthopaedic” are decidedly dangerous. Please don’t be gullible - learn from my mistake! Can I get a refund please?

Absolute crap! Ordered leather boots and they are just flimsy, so thin and utterly awful. They also stink!
Will be returning first thing tomorrow.

Still waiting for my shoes to be delivered, .money was taken 2weeks ago but still no shoes. At last shoes have arrived found them dumped in front of my car on the drive , no notification of delivery. They are definitely not Skechers shoes as indicated by the advert . Think this company is just using the Clarks logo to get sales. Yet another Chinese scam.

SCAM!!!! Rubbish item with no means of return/refund.

Absolutely useless. Took about a month to arrive. No box and no return slip. Shoes were narrow and undersized. Do not buy from this group

This company is not Clarks! Sent for 2pairs of boots after reading fb reviews total scam both arrived with soles hanging off,contacted customer service and was offered 20%off I refused and asked for a full refund was then offered 30% again I refused.They say return at my own cost and only when received and inspected would they consider refund I contacted PayPal with pictures and received full refund in days.

Please ,please ,please listen to these reviews not the false ones on their adverts.This company is a total scam hiding behind various names. My PayPal payment went to China under a totally different name and the "so called confirmation " came from yet another company. They are nothing to do with Clarks !!! Obviously I fell for their scam and only became suspicious when I saw where my payment went.PayPal have been helpful and got my money refunded really quickly.I have informed Facebook but they still say the adverts are within their guidelines???? How can Facebook and PayPal still work with these criminal scammers when they are faced with all this evidence?

The boots I received are absolute rubbish!! They aren't leather, they certainly aren't orthopaedic, the "fleecy lining" is a thin layer of some weird plastic stuff. They are supposed to be a size 6 but clearly aren't as I cannot get my feet in them without the lining rucking up and I have narrow feet.
I cannot return them nor get a refund because they are "discounted" but they aren't worth 19 pence never mind the £18.99 I paid (how stupid was I?). They charged £4.99 postage but as they weigh almost nothing, this is also clearly a rip off.
In short, they are nothing like the ones shown on the photos so DON'T BUY THEM OR ANY OF THEIR OTHER PRODUCTS!!!!

They are not Clarks shoes -they are cheap rubbish. No point in returning them because the postage is more than the shoes cost. Waiting for a 25% refund and I keep the shoes which will go to a charity shop. I paid with PayPal so will report this company to them. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Saw ad on FB that pictured shoes with a large caption "SKECHERS". Ordered 2 pairs US size 7.5 (38 equivalent). Took more than 2 wks. to receive in a mylar bag, no shoe boxes. I own many genuine Skechers and these were clearly cheap knockoffs. There is no Skechers info on the shoe insoles or sizing tag inside. Furthermore, they are too narrow and at least an inch shorter than the real Skechers. I couldn't wear them if I tried. I started by emailing them as website stated 100% guaranteed and full refunds if dissatisfied. They want me to keep the shoes for a 10% refund and a $5 coupon for a future order! I replied that this was fraud and I want a full refund. They have not responded. Now FB profile shows no ads are posted. Also emails go to insummers.com, no ads currently posted. The mailing label says they were shipped from a company called CAINIAO in Elk Grove Village, Illinois and the credit card charge went to Layla Ltd. of London and Hong Kong. I'm working with my credit card issuer to get a refund and have been advised to contact the Attorney General's office. Also, since these were delivered by the US Postal Service, I am reporting to them as it's a federal offense to ship counterfeit products.
UPDATED: They have now contacted me again. When I asked them to send me a postage paid return label, they refused. They said shipping costs are too high and they still want me to keep the shoes for a 25% refund. They strongly urged me not to try to return the shoes as "they might get lost". A final email to me asks me to review the product and my experience with them. They made all sorts of disclaimers in their email, trying to get off the hook for their false advertising. The review was to consist of my narrative. No questions were posed to me. Their review request was very peculiar and was clearly intended to make them appear innocent of any wrongs.

Took 23 days to arrive. Customer services replied to my email straight away with shipping updates. The shoes are not exactly like the ones shown, much much cheaper and not real leather as stated. Saying that, they are extremely comfortable.

Well, I've read all the bad reviews and I have to be fair - "bad" wasn't my experience. My two pairs of shoes came and they were as they were described. I have given 3 stars because they arrived about a week later than stated. They were reasonable quality for the price. The company do look like they are using the Clarks name, but if you read closely, they aren't.

Total scam keep away, they using the legit name of a uk company to hide behind.

Scam do not order. Never received order however they insisted had been delivered and signed, for the tracking info stated signed for at 1:54am !!!!
After much emailing I gave up and have used chargeback with my credit card.
Lesson learnt most of the ads on Facebook are suspect scams.

Advertised on Facebook, I thought it was genuine clarks........took weeks to come from China. Easy returns..OK as long as you pay the postage to China!!
Absolute rubbish.

It’s a scam website. The PayPal merchant name is in Chinese, they didn’t respond to my email and you’ll notice the comments are fake if you read closely. They’re done by a bot using seemingly real people’s accounts. Do not use. I got a refund from PayPal almost immediately.
