A total scam they said they delivered and been sign what a lie they made excuses after excuses now they have offered me 90% on what I payed for the shoe they are rotten to the core this is the first time I've been scam and it will be the last I won't fall for this again please don't buy it a scam

Shoes were supposedly "successfully delivered".
No response received from the numerous emails I have sent.

Ordered 2 pairs of arch support leather sandals - absolute rubbish, the package with both pairs weighed a total of 800g. Wide fitting wouldn't go on my foot and the second pair was the wrong size. Not even fit to wear in the house, the soles are so slippery. They offered to refund 30% of the price if I kept them. They want me to return them to an address in China, very expensive, with warnings they might take a month to arrive or get lost on the way.

Don't shop with this company. Crooks!!! They go under the name of Clarksdiscount which it is not Clarks at all. Pictures are authentic and show the real Clarks shoes. I never realised they were being shipped from China until I received my email receipt from PayPal with the name of the company which is Zedongxnhne. Thankfully once I realised my mistake I called PayPal straight away and a dispute has been raised with them. Lovely lady said a full refund shall be done in 5 working days. Cannot believe I fell for their advertising. Watch out folks!!!

Sandals are not Clark’s .They are ,unbranded and no marked sizing . Poor fit. they look nothing like the advertised photo . They come from China . I only got my money back because I paid through PayPal

Bought two pairs waited for arrival, nothing, Then went on the tracker to find out they had been successfully delivered and signed for. A lie, I have sent several emails but the only thing to come back was the tracking information have heard nothing since. I don’t know why Facebook allow these companies to post its just criminal

No stars but not an option.I wasted money on 2 pairs and as a pensioner can't afford to be ripped off.Took weeks to come from China. Disgusting quality looked as if made by kids.Loads of mismatched seams in material and cut with pinking scissors. Straight in bin.BEWARE.

Terrible quality product and dismal customer service. 2 pairs of orthopaedic sandals purchased. One had been mis stitched and the other the trim fell off first time I wore. No refund/replacement for the faulty goods unless I pay the return postage to China!. Offered 10% discount to give the shoes to a friend! Eventually offered 30% discount. Do not purchase from this scam company. Foolishly I believed them to be linked to Clark’s uk, quality I know well.

I ordered a pair of trainers, sandals, and a pair of flip flops, I paid nearly £54 for them, they were a very very cheap make, nothing fit right, they said they would be good for my wide flat feet, but they were nothing like they promised, the trainer's were so big, the flip flops were small, the sandals the strap wouldn't fit around my ankle, I complained and asked go my money back, they said I could have my money back if I sent the items back but only to China, I checked the price and it was going to cost me £50ish I was proper scammed. 😡🤬 I wish I could have given them minus stars, I thought I was ordering from Clarks the English one

Shockingly bad quality & workmanship. Look like I cut them out myself. Very uncomfortable,not wearable.

Zaynah was great at customer service she helped me a lot and was very humble and polite love my shoes and for my granddaughter will definitely recommend Clark’s to the whole family.

This company is so bad, the shoes and sandals are absolute rubbish. I ordered sandals which they sent the wrong size also I’ve never seen such shoddy footwear.
They have no return procedure it’s a complete scam.
I’m cross with myself for wasting the money.

I have just bought sandals from here..with postage £24..they are hard leather snd my feet don't fit into them. Trued to return but they said No as from China and would cost a lot. They say they they will give me £10 voucher and i can sell them on..very poor a round..a scam..

I wish I had read reviews ordered them and waited 2months messaged them they said they had been lost but if I paid another£12 they would send another pair what rubbish they we’re definitely not worth the money.

Beware! This is a scam company, I ordered a pair of sandals, thinking I was dealing with Clark’s!
I didn't check it out. When the sandals were delivered, I just had to look at them, very poor quality, couldn’t even get my foot in them.
When I checked for returns, it said “no returns” for sales items.
I feel so angry, that I have been hoodwinked by this Chinese company. As a pensioner, I cant afford to lose £28.98. Disgraceful!

I've recieved some sandals from this company and they aren't responding to my emails I've asked for a return and they are just ignoring my emails or messages on Facebook

I had 2 pairs of sandals delivered yesterday they are faulty and really badly made very cheap material and they have a big crease on each of them not happy and they are not responding to my messages or emails! This company is a scam do not order from them!!!

Total scam. Ordered 2 pairs of 7.5 sandals. One was 3.5. Not as shown in picture. Very cheap and poorly finished. Please don't order from this company wish I had not
