I agree with all recent comments on this site about Clarkson, thought it was a London based company ordered blazer which was nothing like sales picture and when I tried to get a refund kept getting emails asking for photo's of goods received. Noticed over the past few days that companies with similar name selling same goods. Decided to write this off as a bad experience and will not be buying anything advertised on Facebook again unless I am sure it is a bonifide company.

Second time using this site,and obviously I haven't learnt from the first time-but honestly thought I'd give it a other chance (wish I hadnt) , saying that,that I should have probably used wish, I've had a better quality and experience from them.just my opinion,but I say look around/shop around.There's always a better deal to be had,just finding it is the thing.

The description of my unfortunate recent experience with Clarkson-fashion.co.uk is similar to all of the above(except the one positive comment).
My £34.95 dress arrived fairly quickly, but was nothing like that advertised. I would never wear it. I did send an email requesting details for return and refund. The Ts&Cs do mention the cost to return to China is the customer's responsibility, but of course this is buried deep in the small print. I'm offered a 15% refund and keep the item...financially my loss!
Lesson learned....research previously unknown adverts, also look at reviews before purchase. Diana.

Doesn’t even deserve 1*, don’t ever buy from this sham of a company.
Bought a dress for £35, when it eventually arrived it was shocking quality, nothing like the advertised picture. There wasn’t 1 single label on it, not even a care label.
I requested a refund and was sent a returns label for shipping costs to CHINA of £17-£30 plus £12 custom fees!
From an alleged London based company, absolutely disgusted.
Also found out that they set up a direct debit through my bank with PayPal when I paid. I’ve cancelled both 😡😡

Really thought this was London based!! Ordered items which were shipped from China. Took about 3 weeks before items delivered. Poor quality. Wanted to return them but this would probably have cost nearly as much as the items originally. Customer service very polite and helpful but will never order from them again. Suggest you steer clear.

I asked to return an item that was poor quality. The goods have to be returned to China. There was a postage charge to pay and customs fees, which came to more than the cost of the item. They gave me 15% off. Very dissatisfied.

My dress arrived after 3 weeks,it wasn’t the colour I ordered. Wrote to the company they did reply and offered me to return the dress but there was a charge. It isn’t worth the bother, so disappointed and won’t be using them again

Dreadful, do not use this company. Completely untrustworthy. I had been communicating as my order was late & I was going on holiday. Trainers arrived & they were appalling quality so I wanted to return them. Could not contact them & I think they had blocked my E mail. Totally dreadful company. Do not use.

WARNING! Do not buy before reading ALL the reviews. The company is a complete scam. Sadly, I and hundreds of others have been well and truly scammed.
Substandard goods doesn’t even cover it, and yes they offer returns, but to China, and the customer is required to pay for shipping.🤬

Ordered dresses for my wife. Appalling quality, fabric & fit. Very thin material, unlined and definitely not as they looked on the website. Do not waste your money buying from this company. Returns process is an absolute joke and completely unfair.

It’s a company called Great goodie international masquerading as London fashion houses Clarkson and probably Chase . Shoddy quality fabric and terrible stitching and you can contact them but the charges for sending item back to China is where they will get you! After several emails I got 30% back and I will never buy from Instagram again at least with EBay it’s easier to check . Don’t be fobbed off with 15% and better still don’t buy at all . Trading standards where are you?

I would give 0 * if this was possible. Like other reviewers, I wish I had done more research before buying from clarkson-fashion.uk. I was deceived by the polished look of their website. Wanting to return the shoes I bought (uncomfortable, made of plastic, too wide as well as too short for the advertised size - even at a reduced price they were too expensive for what they were!) I e-mailed the company. I got a polite reply asking for photos. When I e-mailed back (both with and without photos) I received a message saying that the domain 'clarkson-fashion.uk' didn't exist. I suspect they have re-named their site to continue attracting likely victims of their obvious scam.

Dress arrived, too small and too short, not as advertised. Tried to contact the company, but they have closed their website, but strangely the dresses are now being advertised under a different name, again on Facebook. Can’t contact them for a return.
Have contacted my credit card company and they are looking into getting the money returned. Won’t hold my breath.

Ordered orthopedic shoes, £44.95. Took over 2 weeks to arrive. I could not believe what was in packet. PLASTIC shoes, much smaller in size than ordered. You can only return goods to CHINA at your own cost. These shoes are only fit for the bin, wouldn't even give them to charity. Please AVOID Clarkson London at all costs. They should be reported but unfortunately because they are in China, UK have no jurisdiction. Rip off Company.

I'd like to give zero stars if possible, or even minus stars. I should've looked them up before I ordered, but I only checked the reviews once I got confirmation that my shoes were being shipped from China, NOT UK, despite what their website says, although actually, it's one of the tricky bits about this company: they never say they ship from the UK but that shipping is free within the UK, which is technically true if you're stuck on semantics rather than common sense.
The shoes are a cheap knockoff, like other reviewers have said, and definitely not orthopedic. I did get in touch with someone from customer service about delivery, but when I wanted to complain today about what I received, all links stopped working. I can't find the website on my laptop or my phone, email doesn't work either.
A few words of warning about their terms of service:
1. shipping from China with a 12-hour window to cancel the order but when you find out it's China, not UK, it's already too late.
2. their website says that the information on the website and pictures aren't necessarily accurate. I'm sorry, what? Do they mean they do have the right to send me shoes different to what I ordered?
3. there is no info regarding this company, no address or registration number. Photos on their website make it look like they have a shop in London and were established a long time ago, and their ToS say that they're UK-based, but then they say they fall under the law of the Netherlands.
4. They have conflicting info regarding returns, so you think you can return the items within the UK for free but somewhere else they do say you'd be returning them to China for an exorbitant fee. Never mind, though, because you can't contact them anyway.
They have plenty of ads on Facebook, I tried to report them but it doesn't seem to have gone anywhere. No way to check anyway. Seems like a lot of people have been scammed. Stay away!

Ordered floral supposedly comfortable dress. It is awful cheap nasty material, hangs awful and it was not cheap. Would never use again

Honestly inform customers about the quality of the fabric and sizing.

This is a shocking company. When the £35 dress I ordered finally arrived it’s nothing like the photo and really cheap, tacky material. Also, too small. All links in their emails to you don’t work and, although they purport to be in London, I would have to return the item to China at my own expense to get a refund. And you can bet your bottom dollar that would never arrive in my account. I’m really cross with myself for falling for it but putting it out there as a warning to others. Should be an option for zero stars.

Avoid like you would the plague!
Purchased from this company in March. Dress duly arrived (eventually) from China! Couldn’t get it over my head and the worst cheap shiny material ever.
First contact was good. Then nothing. PayPal stepped in and gave me a refund.
