Fake items with misleading item descriptions .

The images are misleading they’re are nothing like the item received and they really don’t care about feedback or the integrity of their company.

Customer services are a joke!

Fake. Chinese company pretending to have a UK base.

Avoid this company.

Thieves and liars.

Beware the extortionate return costs - I don’t even trust them to refund the money anyway!

Absolute rubbish - do not touch this company- they mislead you into thinking it’s a British company when it’s Chinese. Clothes are rubbish nothing like the pictures. Web site doesn’t exist. Emails bounce back . I’m trying to deal with my credit card company to backlist them. That’s not easy either!

Do NOT use this firm I would give a Zero rating if I could as these are not luxury goods.They are a poor fit and quality with no brand label sewn in garment. The cotton dress had chalk numbers on inside of skirt If you need a refund You have to send the goods to China first at your expense .I waited almost month for delivery and the two dresses were scrunched into a very unsuitably sized small plastic mailing bag only suitable for baby clothes.I would not have known they were the supposed brand had they not enclosed a back plastic bag with their name on them .I know I should have double checked the terms and conditions before ordering. I have never dealt with a firm that requires the goods to be returned to the country of origin before giving a refund.It seems very unprofessional.

I realised too late that the delivery date wasn’t given and decided immediately to cancel. Obviously the delay in replying meant the items had been sent. I have discovered this is from China and definitely not a London company ! The address on the return label was a London one so I returned via tracked delivery. They wanted the tracking number which I sent, now want the address which unfortunately I didn’t make a note of. Their return information says £10-£70 postage which is when I realised it is China.

These Clarkson shoes are a total scam. They are very poor quality and the picture is not even close to the real product. They say they have a 100% return policy BUT do not say you have to send them back to CHINA plus pay for customs too. They estimated the shipping at $40-60! The shoes cost $63 and they offer you 15% of the cost (about $9) as a refund and you get to keep (throw away) the shoes. Really disappointing!

This company makes everything difficult.
Poor/inaccurate description of shoes, they are not orthopedic.
Returns impossible even when sent to the return address on the packaging.
Avoid at all costs use a more experience firm who know how to treat customers fairly.

Extremely poor service and no refunds offered for damaged clothing. Standard of workmanship is appalling and very cheaply made.

Poor quality.
The item didn’t look anything like the picture and impossible to return.
The one star would be for the person who answered my queries who was prompt and didn’t try to hide anything.
The 5% that I got back in place of a full return was a pittance.. but prompt.
Wish I had checked them out in a little more depth before I had ordered!

It is a shame I have to give one star. This company are cheats. The ‘most comfortable shoes ever’ were of such poor quality. Their ‘easy return’ process is NOT. It is complicated and costly and outweighed the cost of the shoes. They make out they are a London brand but are most definitely not.

Wouldn't even give them one star if that was available. Extremely poor quality and customer service is non-existant so can't return anything as there are no delivery notes enclosed. Suspect it would be to China with the ensuing import tariffs!

I thought I was ordering from London.
I would have been grateful to have realised that this was coming from China as sizes are completly different and would have needed more thought before continuing.
The item wastoo small of course. Fabric not to my satisfaction. All I wanted to do was RETURN THE ITEM AND GET A REFUND. There was no telephone contact for returns. I emailed and got a response of course all they wanted to do was help me. Form they sent for return was discouraging A return to China because of cost of postage and taxes at customs. There was an address for return on form of course only in China. Address on parcel of couriers from Southall Middlesex and to return there.
Could not return to China as it would have cost more than item as I checked with Post Office.
They said I could I could have a bigger size delivered at another cost of 9.99 and keep the item i would not even wear if it did fit.
Bank cant really touch it although helped as much as they can as its the credit card company deal with the dispute not the bank and I believe they need proof of returns. I wont pay costs for the returns as after taxes will be more than cost of shirt. The company should be struck off and never allowed to lie their way to sales. Sad that we are allowed to be scammed to frequently. I would buy from China but need the choice not the scam.

Absolutely disgusted with the items received and the following customer service - I like others did not read the reviews and have been duped .. The items I received were the same 'type' of top but in no way were as the pictures on the website described and the materials used on them was poor, cheap quality. You cannot return the items as they go to CHINA - absolutely nothing is from the UK .... I will go to the TV and social media if they continue to ignore me!

Clothes are nothing like the pictures. Horrible, cheap grade polyster. Clearly not British made. Cheap imports.
Difficult to return as arrives without paperwork. Avoid.

This is not a company. Just a bunch of thiefs!

So much hardship will come to them eventually. For their good so they can stop their scamming.

The dresses are not as advertised £35 for a heap of rubbish and impossible to send back either offer 15% discount or another load of rubbish. Or return to CHINA. Paid for mine through PayPal. The payment is paid to GREATGOODIELTD. And not Clarksons

This company can improve by adhering to to the Sale of Goods Act! This company is in China! Goods don’t look at all like their photos. Not one single label in their clothing at all. Returns system completely ridiculous. No refund. Pay to return goods. Listen to your customers!

I'm sorry I didn't read the reviews before I bought. The dress took 3 weeks to arrive from a supposedly London Company. When it arrived it was shapeless and poor fabric. No gathering in the skirt like in the photo on the website. More like a cheap nightie! I'll be more careful in future about ordering from adverts online.

shoes worn 5 times , already torn. I was sold an incorrect shoe, advertised incorrectly. They apologised and offered £8 refund.....too expensive to return to China, all in the small print....don't touch any of their product

As stated before if I could give no starß I would. As with other customers my £35 dress took three week to be delivered and when it arrived it looked and felt like a cheap nightie. Tried to email the company to return the item but all my emails bounced as I think the email address has been closed. Read the online reviews before ordering which seemed good but I now realise that these were fake. Wish I had seen these trustpilot reviews before but only saw them when looking for details about how to contact the company. Sites like this should be shut down and not allowed to advertised on the Internet or social media.
