If I could give no stars I would. Item looks nothing like the photograph and is terrible quality. Do not order, looks like it is going to cost more than the order is worth to send back to China

I ordered what I thought was a linen top, after a long wait I received a thin nylon blouse with the same pattern. Impossible to wear as makes me so hot and sweaty. Unlikely even to take to a charity shop as so awful.

If I could give one star I would ..The quality is terrible the customer service although polite is hopeless..I have been trying to complete a return for 2 months and there is no help at all ..Please do mot buy from them

Why didn't I read reviews first?

This is a front for a Chinese company, your consumer rights cannot be enforced. Avoid! Buy from a shop you know, the quality will also be better.

Nice and helpful, writing from a .co.uk email address BUT charge you up to £30 PLUS £10+ customs charges to return.

Their size 40 shoe, for a 25cm foot (in Chinese equivalent) isn't even 25cm long inside.

Like all the others that have reviewed this company, I was appalled by the quality of my shoes!! I was told I could have 15% discount if I kept them, which was my only option, as it was going to cost me nearly the price of the shoes to return them. Still waiting!!!!!!

Absolutely furious with the way this company behaved and especially the impossibility of returning goods which were not as shown on their web-site. DON"T ever buy anything from them!

This is an appalling company. Products are poor quality and shipped direct from China. The returns policy is designed to make returns impossible as you have to ship back to China following thier explicit instructions and additional costs , customs dues etc, for reimporting.
There is no option to return to a UK address - this is a Chinese operation - with no identifiable UK contact.
We have lost nearly £100. The credit company can't help as the firm are compliant with a returns policy - even though to be incompliance it would cost as much as the value of the goods to return the items.
I would advise against any dealings with this firm.

Poor quality shoes. Not like picture advertising them. When I emailed to request returns guidance they did not reply at first then the emails were returned undelivered.
I have now started an enquiry with my bank.

This online company is a total scam. A Chinese so called company purports to be in the
uk. The goods sent, are ill fitting cheap rags. Stay away from this company.

A complete scam site which you should avoid. The pictures are stolen and what is delivered is a cheap, shocking Chinese copy. I spent £45 on a pair of leather orthopedic sandles. As soon as I opened the parcel and saw the tat inside, I realised I'd been scammed. Only then did I check the reviews.
The site looks legitimate, and my item has 4.5 stars from almost 1500 reviews. Foolishly I didn't click on them and when I went back to check them, the link didn't work.
I searched for the sandles on Google and various other sites sell them and the 2 I looked into are the same. Legitimate English names, but when you look at contact and return details, they are also linked to China.
I'm not sure how they continue to get away with this. I won't get my money back, I can only hope this review along with all the others will stop someone else losing their money too.

Scammers!! You initially think they are a reputable company from London and you see a lovely shop front in the heart of London. Do not be fooled. They are from china. Your product arrived scrunched up and when you try to return you are liable for the postage at £20!!! Or you can keep the item and get 15% refund. Now the emails just ping back to me as the domain is no longer available 🤬🤬🤬

Ordered from the website but the products are very poor quality. I order first pair,size runs smaller than it it, the fabric inside was a bit folded and glued which this cause friction on my heel and as a result blister. i tried to returned it but the shipping fees are the same amount I paid for the shoes ( so basically you return the item they have your money and the product and you have nothing; they don't mention the prices in the return policy). They offer me the option to get a different pair of shoes at the same price plus to pay for the shiping , which i did (Eva orthopedics one, black and white); the quality of this shoes is ridiculous ( i can get the same ones much cheaper on Amazon), the black edge on the sole is very bad painted and when i tried wipe off some dirt with normal cloth, the paint just came off; the worst shoes ever and they are not comfortable as they are described either. AVOID at all costs

I ordered a jacket from this scammy company. It arrived scrunched up in a little bag. I tried to start the returns process and was fobbed off by four different people and eventually gave up

Do not use this company. Products are poor quality and they make returning an item as difficult and expensive as possible in the hope that they will not have to refund.

I ordered what I thought was a lovely dress apparently reduced from £80 to £39.99 - looked lovely on the model and I thought the company looked genuine - OMG - what a mistake I made... the dress turned up and looked nothing like it did in the picture and have tried to look how to get a refund - even emailing them - no response - DO NOT BUY FROM THE WEBSITE - the quality is worse then Shein ....

Scammers. Send very poor quality shoes that are clearly different to the website photographs. The. customer services try to weasel out of honouring distance selling rules and refuse to give refund and return. They insist you return to China not their UK address. Scammers.

One star is a star too high. Absolutely shocking company. Sent goods back and they won't refund. Offering 15% refund or goods to the same price. Why the hell would I want shite quality clothes from China? Clarkson LONDON is an absolute joke STAY CLEAR or buy on Temu for much less

Do not use this company, they will not refund money, when items are a bad fit, they will drag out time so that they can use the 30 day returns policy. I continuously asked for the return details I even had to sent photographic evidence of items! Terrible way to do business!

I wouldn' even give a one star to this company! They make out that they are a London Company when in fact that is a front to a company in China. Do not buy anything from this company, it is rubbish quality not at all like any of the pictures that they show!!
