Really bad quality. Wanted to return and found out it had to be shipped to China at my own expense and they were going to charge me a service charge to on top of that. It is a scam.

The store is a scam, and the website does not exist.

Dress fabric looks and feels like a shower curtain. Size small is quite large. The cost to return is ridiculous . I mistakenly thought this was a Canadian company.
I am embarrassed to have fallen for this scam on Facebook.

Scam. Stay away from this Chinese Co.

I only gave it one star because there is no way to give zero. I thought I was ordering a Canadian product, there’s even a photo of two ladies and a back story about how they built up their company. All BS. I’m still waiting for my delivery (6 weeks) and I’ve sent emails to the address given. No reply. I’ve tried to cancel PayPal but too late. Tracking stopped 23 July. I’ve wasted $50 and way too much of my time. Clarksons Canada…No such thing😡

Got shirts that looked like linen but felt like burlap. They were nothing like the online photos. I tried to return and they made me take pictures. Then they told me the pics i sent were no good and made me take them again. Then they told me they don't take returns even though the website says they do UGGHHHH WTF!.... so then i wrote them this fact that the website has a return process and that and even says money back satisfaction gaurantee. So they send me another email telling me that i can keep the item if they give me a 10% discount.

At this point, i could tell this was all an orchestrated game and called my credit card company to dispute the charges. It's honestly laughable and entertaining that everyone on this thread is dealing with the same thing. I hope my CC co just crushes them and i'll never hear from them and toss these rags in the garbage... Because this clothing is honestly garbage and deserves no other home.

Quality is horrible returns are impossible and they charge you 80% of the return in fees.

Quality sucks. Don’t know it’s from china until it ships. Must return to china or can get a credit with another 25.00 service charge. They said about 25-40 dollars to ship to japan then pay another 25.00!
Allure emporium is another scam. They only give you a store credit. Cheaply made and no tags. Make sure it’s a normal USA store.

I'm furious, I was had, taken or screwed or whatever. The store online said Clarkson Toronto so I figured it was local. After I made the purchase started getting tracking updates from China.
Then I knew I was screwed traditionally products from China are much smaller and don't fit.

All the reviews here are bang on!!
Impossible to exchange without incurring crazy costs.

Unfortunately my husband was scammed. He ordered 2 shirts for $90 off of Facebook. This was under Clarkson fashion NY. What we got was two shirts made of (don't laugh) cheese cloth. He payed through PayPal so I was able to get an email and contact them because there was no form in the bag. The company is from good old China (don't you just love that country and their work ethics). Anyway, the return was a total joke--we took the 20% refund. Moral of the story is make sure you see the company is legit before you buy. My husband learned his lesson. This is what happens when I let him handle things.

I received the shirts. Very thin. My husband does not like them. I contacted the company and was asked to take photos of the shirts twice which I did. They say they will give me a refund but then try to get me to keep the items or replace them. I have asked 6 times for a refund. They continues to play games. DO NOT BUY from them.

DO NOT BUY!!!! Shirts are terrible quality and I should have read reviews before purchasing. I’m shocked this company is still in business!

The sizes are wrong, the material is cheap and the shirt is ugly in person. Their return is to China. A real scam.

If I could give a zero review I would - biggest scam website, and of course once you order and want to return your product the website seems to have disappeared and they've rebranded and moved on. I finally found a way to return my crappy shoes that did not meet the description, after much back and forth of low ball offers to keep the shoes and have a 25% refund. I had looked over all of the refund terms prior to purchasing and knew they promised full refund. I reinforced I was willing to pay the shipping to return the item for a full refund. Item was acknowledged as received. As I had initially put in a dispute on my credit card because I couldn't get any information from the company, they told me I needed to cancel the dispute in order to get the refund. Once I cancelled the dispute with the bank, of course then a bunch of excuses start coming through - rubbish like the bank found in our favour, the shoes never arrived back at the warehouse. Buyer be warned.

Purchased trainers. They are not fit for purpose, nothing like the description on the website.
After-sales service is appalling, and returning is made impossible.

AVOID THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!

Scam. Fast fashion from China. Not U.K. based as they say they are. Do not buy.

As others I should have read reviews. This is not a Canadian company. Products are not good. Service is terrible. They shipped me the wrong product. Said they were replacing it. Now they are not and as a courtesy they will give me a discount. But I don’t want what I don’t order. DO NOT ORDER DROM THIS SCAM.

Oh my word, this company is a joke! Why didn't I read the reviews before ordering from them? If I could give a minus score I would. The worst possible level of customer service. Shoes (canvas type) were of such a poor quality and were too big. I ordered a 5 and received a pair with just a sticker on saying 39 which in the UK and Europe is a size 6. I immediately contacted to say I wanted to return and then discovered I had to return to China and it would cost me in the region of £20!! Since then I have had so many problems emailing them to try and get them to exchange for something else. Emails wouldn't go through, again, over the weekend and today. They are not interested in resolving this issue. Please, do not waste your money!

what was advertise on their website is a direct opposite of what was deliver. I applied for a return but was turn down or I should paid for a postage back to China for my return to be eligible. Their customer service is very poor and won't respond to my email until days.
