I've been really impressed with the communication. When I've emailed, I've had a very quick response. Very happy and will definitely use again next year.

We are repeat customers and as usual are delighted with the childrens products. The quality is extremely good and the new products available to personalise are fantastic. Will definitely be back next year

This is the first year we have used them. The products are great and people are largely pleased. However the second sale stock has arrived very late. This means Christmas cards cannot now ne posted in time. Additionally we have no idea what people have ordered as no delivery note is emailed so we cannot trace back to parents. Delivery dates are not given in advance but on the day. This meant a load of stuff was left at a post office where parking was not possible as the delivery was a home address and we were out working. This led to our parents group incurring costs which we had no control over. So ok... but we might not use next year.

I couldn’t be more grateful for the patience and understanding of the Class Fundraising Team. We are a new school with no legacy to pick up from: new school, new parents and first time any of us have participated in a formal fundraiser.

The support guides available online are clear, the transparency of pricing, timing and caveats was very much appreciated.

Much better service this year with a new system bedded in. So much easier and more user friendly. This year we had not a single issue with processing of orders or delivery of products whereas last year there were lots. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because collage is a really easy and effective way to create good, striking card designs and it is no longer allowed so we didn’t feel that the outcomes were as good this year.

Clear instructions, very helpful team when any queries sent in, and great quality products! Would definitely recommend - that’s 4 years working together for us, and we’ve not been let down!

Unfortunately, my children's school PTA only use this company. I've bought from them in the past and the Xmas cards always arrive so close to Xmas that it is pointless to post them, they'll arrive after xmas for sure! Last year I did not buy from them and asked my children to make drawings and ordered cards and puzzles from Photobox, I must say I was really pleased with it! This year I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and tried again. The cards/products were going to be delivered to the school only, and very close to Xmas. We have family living abroad and my children wanted to send their grandparents a Xmas card that they have made with a lot of love. I emailed the company asking if they offered different delivery options as I needed my products early and I was willing to pay a delivery charge. I received a very dry reply from customer services saying no other option. That's it, no "I'm sorry", and no attempt to make any adjustments at all for a customer. I ordered the products (cards and tea towels) on Nov 23. it all arrived on the 11th of December, nearly 3 weeks after the order was placed. I find this quite a long time to wait for simple products. The tea towel is to cry for. The fabric is so thin and poorly finished. And it is so expensive for what it is! £8.26 for a badly printed low-quality tea towel and £5.30 for 12 Xmas cars is a rip-off! I've learned my lesson and won't be buying again from them, that's for sure.

Fantastic service and support. We really enjoying using class fundraising for all our Christmas card and gifts. The support is amazing.

Lovely products and excellent customer service, we have been using this company for several years to produce our school Christmas items, they are easy to use, everyone is happy with their products and any little issues have always been addressed quickly and resolved to the satisfaction of our parents. Will use again next Christmas.

This is our second year using class fundraising for our PFA charity. The ease of getting parents to order online and have orders shipped out to be sent home is fantastic we've never had an issue, had guidance when organising tea towel designs all the way. Look forward to using again next year

Excellent will order again next year

This is the first time I've used them in 4 years and the process of the parent's ordering directly is so much easier. The products are of excellent quality and the printing of the gifts are turned around in great time. Slight problem that some items were sold out, but this was rectified and they were sent out as soon as possible. Excellent customer service when there were queries too. Will definitely be doing this again next year!

This was such a seamless process, from being sent the templates, the order cards, online shop, everything arrived promptly, could not fault the service. The product range was excellent and the quality of the products was great. Will absolutely use the company again next year!
