We used Class Fundraising for the first time this year with our school to create some Festive mementos for the children. The whole process from beginning to end was seamless and really easy to use. Whenever I did have any questions, the team were really helpful in giving me guidance. Delivery was fast and the quality of the products was brilliant. We will definitely use you again next year!

Straightforward experience from start to finish. We've used them for years and they are brilliant. Excellent customer service........ Only criticism is ordering unusual items.... jigsaws etc. Always seem to be sold out when trying to order. Maybe just very popular but has been them same for some time.

We have previously used other providers for Christmas cards and chose to use Class Fundraising for the first time this year. Their gift options offer great choice and are of fair value. The quality of the items are fabulous too. As the organiser, the fundraising hub is very easy to work through and allowing parents to organise directly makes the task very effortless - Thank you! Items were packed well, with delivery notes and clear instructions.
Families loved the option to buy a cuddly toy!
Would benefit from improving communication with customer service about order enquiries and following up online contact. All enquiries were dealt with, but there was no communication (after making contact via website form) to say that someone was dealing with the enquiry.

We've used ClassFundraising for the first time this year, to order school tote bags for Christmas. The art packs were sent to us quickly and contained everything we needed, plus plenty of spare. The packs were simple to use and had the return packaging enclosed too! We were unsure if they'd arrive on time, but they came a lot quicker than anticipated and are fabulous! We had a few issues at our end, which Caroline rectified for me straight away, including missing 50 items from my original order. Caroline has managed to sort this massive faux pas our for me, still getting me the items before Christmas! Thankyou Class Fundraising, we will definitely be using you again!

Great customer service and communication. We received the tea towels quite quickly and they are beautiful., really happy with them.

My initial review was 2 stars as I received sealed envelopes but Sean costigan emailed me wanting to rectify my order not only has he arranged new envelopes but a free mug for my issues. Sean went above and beyond to sort my issue and deserves a 10 star review Thank-you Sean I ordered my son cards and a bauble and gift cards which I love especially bauble as a keepsake every xmas.

We have had a really good experience with Class Fundraising this year with our Christmas cards etc. We wanted to use them as their prices are really competitive and we wanted to ensure parents got the best value. Every part of the process has been so easy, alongside great, responsive communication. Both as a parent and the organiser for our school it's been great. On top of that they have bent over backwards to help us wherever they could - thank you Class Fundraising!

Fantastic cards and decorations received for both my children. I accidentally dropped and broke my sons decoration and it was replaced free of charge. I couldn't rate Class Fundraising highly enough. Lovely gifts which we can treasure for years to come.

I would highly recommend this company, not only are their products beautifully made and an excellent way of raising funds for your school but they also value their customers. I have received excellent customer service and would extend particular thanks to Derek Bradley, the Client Services Manager who dealt with my enquiry.

My daughter's design smudged on the way to school. But no worries! Class Fundraising asked me, before they finalized everything, whether it needed any touchups. I asked them to remove the smudge, and whoosh! It was gone.
What exceptional customer service.

Also, I thought logging into the website to approve the art, order prints, etc, etc, would be a pain and complicated. Not so! Easy-peasy. Even for me.

Great communication. There was a problem with my daughter’s design as it wasn’t completed at my child’s school. My daughter drew a new design and it was uploaded quickly so I could order the prints before the school deadline. Thank you

My childrens' school used this company to make Xmas cards with photos of the children. They were so helpful and supportive in sorting out an issue with the original proof, would thoroughly recommend.

My son’s card had a bit of fluff on the scan and a big area of white space at the side, so I emailed to highlight this and Sean very quickly cleaned it up and cropped it more centrally, with no fuss and super clear communication. Such a great customer service on design! This means I can order lots of lovely Christmas gifts now! Thank you

My son had made a spelling error on his design. Sean was able to delete this and rewrite correctly onto the design. Excellent communication, we really appreciate your flexibility - Thank you! Looking forward to seeing the cushion and cards that we have ordered!
