Prompt and useful communication
My son had drawn his picture the wrong way around and lined it up properly. I asked for the orientation to be changed and they tidied up the edges without me asking. Very prompt and clear communication.
Great experience with alterations
We contacted Class Fundraising to ask for both our kids' drawings to be enlarged/rotated (but not modified) and they were able to change both. Sean was very responsive and we've already placed some orders for friends/family and ourselves. Looking forward to seeing the finished products!
Greatly appreciated
Contacted the company to see if I could place an order for previous art work my son had done, although I couldn't order any products they kindly sent me the file with the picture he had done so I can use this to print on things myself. I really appreciated this as I will still get the end result that I wanted. Thank you :)

Brilliant company, very professional and friendly. Extremely helpful and quick to reply. Guided me through the process and order was delivered quicker than predicted. Quality of the tea towels fab and the design work so much better than we had expected. The school and all parents were thrilled with their orders and a lovely keepsake for the Kings Coronation at a great price.

Unhelpful & Unprofessional
Awful company. Couldn't place order before Christmas as they said they had no stock, told could order in New Year when they were re-opening for those who were missing out; after having to chase them eventually told could order between 16th Jan - 27th Jan...however, when again trying to order was unable as said shop shut. Chased yet again, received no reply, chased today requesting complaint process & quickly got reply advising is nothing to do with them & to go to the school as they needed to opt in to allow for further orders to be made. Not once told this in the 2 months of trying to order & communication from them, so now missing out because of them again.
Now have a very disappointed child, forced to miss out on something they created special for Christmas.
Very poor & unhelpful customer service :-(
Efficient and done in time for Santa!
Efficient, "on it" totally stick to time, we were pushing it anyway by only contacting in the first place at the beginning of November, timings laid out perfectly, Classfunding did their bit, we did our bit, kids did their bit and all delivered back to short in timely fashion! Thanks so much again, see you again for Mothers Day!

Not delivered and no answer to my email
Order not received for a large number of people at my child's school. No Christmas cards for me this year despite ordering on the 20th November. I have had no reply to my email and have not received my order. Absolute joke and thankfully my school will be avoiding next year.
They have still stolen my money though. Avoid!!!!

Great Team Effort
I cannot praise the team highly enough for going absolutely above and beyond to save both Christmas and this PTA Elf from an angry mob! Although the deliveries were not without their bumps and challenges, everything was resolved when I used my manners and asked nicely. For me personally I felt that I was treated with both kindness and respect; and for these reasons I both extend thanks and would not hesitate to recommend Class Fundraising.

Great first year
This was our first year using class fundraising and I couldn't recommend them more. We started our designs in October before half term no issues whatsoever. We had one parent who wanted to order after the deadline date class Fundraising opening the ordering for them it was fantastic. I loved that parents could order what they wanted online without going through the pta and parents loved it too. Even with the royal mail strikes everything arrived quickly and we were updated with every DPD delivery which was coming to us. We will definitely be using again next year so glad we switched

Order not received
Order not received! Registered charity have ordered tea-towels to sell to our parents. Promised it would be dispatched on the 12th December but not heard anything. Can't get through on the phone, 6 phonecalls so far to customer service over 2 days and no reply. School breaks up for Christmas holidays on Monday and orders are for Christmas presents. Very poor service!

A company with very poor thoughts of their customer
We had ordered Christmas cards and tea towels designed by our 2 children, when ordering them we found one name had been put on both sets of cards, but this was found after the order was placed, yes after we checked it and yes it was our mistake and we said this when in finally spoke to them. We immediately contacted their dept called Customer Service by phone and email but found no customer service there. After many calls we spoke to a staff member who took the details and said it would be sorted. Cards turn up, both designs have the same name........ Emailed AGAIN straight away and was now told the stores will reopen after Christmas but if things were corrected earlier surely things could have been sorted to keep a happy customer, but no, they apparently don't mind giving a poor service. Wouldn't mind if they were cheap but £70 order on Christmas cards to be told to reorder (at our cost) after Christmas, bit of a joke huh...........

Awful customer service
Awful customer service - trying to get hold of anyone, to help with the new web system, is impossible. I am obviously not alone in my frustration judging by the 100s of comments on the Class Fundraising Facebook page (so many that they seem to have disabled commenting now).
I notice that Alphagraphics acquired Class Fundraising in 2021 and standards seem to have gone downhill since then, both in terms of customer service and the web system. I haven't had these problems in previous years using Class Fundraising.
I am sorry to say that I will look for a new supplier in the future. I may be being cynical here, but two 5 star reviews, and a response to a negative review by the supplier today, which all use the phrase 'above and beyond' seems a little suspicious to me...

An Unprofessional Company that Lies
Wrong name printed on Shopping bag, Tea Towels and Christmas cards but when we discussed this with their Customer Services they stated that we had put this name on there (the name and class were already correctly printed on the order form).
