This is a good idea, but they gave no time at all to order. Will have a very disappointed child when they find out.

Terrible quality
Received the mug that I ordered, with my daughters artwork from school. I'm very unhappy with it. The image isn't centred and is very small on the mug along with some text that I did not approve on the back.
The website doesn't even show a preview of your child's artwork, presumably because they don't crop out white space around the image and simply print as it is on the paper. If they did I wouldn't have even gone ahead with the order.
Thankfully, I have a digital copy of her artwork so I will be getting this printed again from a different company as the one received is only for for the bin. I'd be embarrassed to give it to anyone, please I didn't waste anymore money buying other products too.

Awful company. Lost many designs from our school. Will not answer the phone or respond to emails. Completely unprofessional with utter disrespect for their customers. Many, many disappointed children and angry parents.

Appalling experience AVOID!!
Appalling experience - I emailed to ask if a change could be made to the wording on the back of the card, but they didn’t respond for several days, by which time it was a day too late to order (early Nov) - their blanket email reply was that they couldn’t amend a child’s artwork, but it wasn’t the artwork that I was querying. I replied to reiterate my requirement and to see if I could order, but still haven’t had a reply a week later. My children and myself are SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Cancelled my order, and then sent an email THE DAY AFTER DEADLINE to tell me they have done it.
now cant order my eldests artwork, and their lack of communcation is disgusting.
Dont answer their phone. absolutely useless customer service.

Shocking customer service, will not be buying their products that we had preliminarily ordered! Better off buying blank cards and tea towels and printing it yourself.

Similar to previous reviewer - unimpressed. Slow to deliver then spelling mistakes made and will not correct in any quick time.
We just had the most brilliant service…
We just had the most brilliant service from these guys, there was an error in proofing and we were able to rectify everything in time to get the tea towels out to parents before Christmas. Huge effort from the team that was hugely appreciated by the parents and teachers of our school. Thank you Classfundraising !
Not happy with the service
I purchased some Christmas Cards and Tea Towel for Grandparents for an added gift but unfortunately my daughters name had been spelt incorrectly. I spoke to the school about the error and I had a note today to advise that class fundraising were not willing to change this or send a new order out to me. I have 2 daughters so now my youngest daughter is upset that I don't have her cards printed or the tea towel to give to her nanny. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN
