Sounds like everyone is having the same issue! I place an order on March 31st. I received an order confirmation. I have e-mailed consistently to see when they may be shipping my order and I get no response. I have called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I hope people read these review prior to placing an order! I wish I would have!
Terrible
Like many of you I ordered hand sanitizer. After several days I sent some pretty ugly emails and messages to them. They finally created a shipping label and sent me a tracking number. 10 days later that tracking number had not moved and i was sent a new tracking number so this is almost 3 weeks after i ordered it that it finally shipped. I got it in last night. It is supposed to be unscented hand sanitizer. it was the most god awful smelling stuff. You couldn't smell any alcohol in it. It just smelled terrible. We threw it away. Those of you that canceled your order and got your money back, you dodged a bullet. I wish i would have done that instead of waiting and actually getting their product. Order from Bath & Body Works. My wife ordered some of theirs and it came in really quick and is good stuff.

I'm in the same boat as everyone else that ordered sanitizer from this P.O.S. company. Ordered 2 gallons on 3-31 and have emailed them a half a dozen times with no response just like everyone else. Called credit card company to refund my money. They will take care of it, just a shame there's such scum bag sacks of s*** like this out here when people are trying to keep themselves and family safe. Hand Sanitizer Scam
Like everyone else, I ordered hand sanitizer at prices very much above the asking price of anywhere else online from Classic Shaving. Oh well, I needed it and I paid and hoped the high price would at least help limit demand so that my order went through. No tracking after 1 week. No reply to emails. The only glimmer that the company still exists is that they update every day that they have sanitizer in stock and are shipping it daily. Like many of you, I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company and saying a little prayer that they get what they deserve for taking advantage of people at a time like this. Keep the reviews coming, as at least this page is now showing up right below their site on google, I hope it saves the next person.

Buyer Beware!!! Do not attempt to purchase from this so-called company. They do not respond to either telephone calls, nor emails or texts. I placed an order for hand sanitizer and paid extra for expedited shipping. I made four attempts to contact this company without any response. Ordered two bottles of hand sanitizer on 3/26/20 and haven't seen my product yet. I've emailed the company three times and no response. I opened a request to find my lost order with the USPS and the response back to me was the tracking number I gave them was never scanned into the post office. My experience is very much like several dozen of the most recent reviews. It seems that these people have just "popped up" on the internet to sell hand sanitizer, (or NOT). If you read the multiple paragraphs of their "ramblings" regarding how they are "so busy" and "so understaffed", that they will not accept calls and to send an email, (which they ALSO do NOT EVER reply. More rambling how they are working 24/7 getting out all these amazing shipments of "in stock" sanitizer and in the next sentence making sure to tell you NOT to "bother them" with calls about your order and they will be getting it right out to you in just 3 days. Then more rambling that they can't find "bottle caps" or bottles but you will get their amazing special "IN STOCK" potion REAL fast! Rambling on that it may come in a pickle tub or even a condom wrapper but it's in stock while they are working 24/7 shipping out their amazing product saving the world. Rambling how it's SO EXPENSIVE to make and that they are not price gouging, (everyone else is). I paid $480PLUS for a case of 24 little bottles as we just want our employees safe and I was more than willing to be price gouged as long as I get the sanitizer FAST like they promised. NO sanitizer, NO replies, NO emails, NO GOOD. Filing a Pay Pal dispute. If you try to call a few times you might push #2 and get the "funny" WARNING! An error has occurred! Then "CLICK" followed by a busy signal. The ONLY "ERROR" is my spending almost $500 and getting NOTHING!
If people actually worked just as hard at selling legitimate product and answer their phones they could actually be successful!

I ordered 2 gallons, placing two separate orders for my mother-in-law and my household here because no one else has hand sanitizer in stock. Classic Shavings website stated in 4/4/20 they were in stock, shipping daily and normal delivery would be 3-6 days. If expedited shipping is needed then pay extra for USPS priority, which I did. It’s been 10 days, still no status update, no response to email requests and they charged my credit card on 4/5/20. If you need hand sanitizer or any other product this company sells, I DO NOT recommend Classic Shaving. I believe they are scamming people, taking money and not providing the product advertised on their site. Not to mention it’s extremely high priced. I should have done more research on this company before placing any order.

I think this place is a fraud. We ordered a gallon of Hand Sanitizer on 03/27/20 and still have not heard from them. It was supposed to ship within a few days and arrive between 04/6 - 04/08 Still haven't received anything and we have emailed them three times with no response. If you’re incapable of fulfilling orders in a timely fashion, you have options: don’t charge people until it’s actually fulfilled, actually communicate with your customers or stop taking orders.
