I ordered a Plush Elephant Chair on Feb. 27th. Still have not received! Emailed several times, I even have an email with a tracking number that shows it's still in China as of March 4th. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!
Where’s my chair?
I ordered an elephant chair in February and after not hearing from them at the beginning of April, I contacted them.
I was given excuses about the weather and bank holidays and they said that they would send another one.
Well it’s now the end of May and I still haven’t received anything.
This should not be allowed. Yes it was only the postage we paid, but if there are lots of people who do it, they make a lot of money!
An absolute scam and when I clicked on the help link at the bottom of the page, my phone warned me that it wasn’t secure and my financial information could be stolen if I proceed!!
I have emailed them again today and I’m now waiting to see what possible excuse they have this time.

I placed an order that was processed on 7th March. By 1st April I still hadn’t received anything so I emailed to query the order status and was advised that it could take 15-25 working days to arrive so I left it a bit longer. On 28th April, I emailed again to ask for an update as I still hadn’t received anything. I was told on the 29th April that another parcel had been sent out and was assured that this one wouldn’t take as long to receive as the last order. Happy with that, I left it until the 18th May before I emailed again to query an update as it had been 12 days since the parcel tracker said that the replacement parcel had left China via airline. I was told that once the parcel leaves China, it’s then the receiving country’s postal service that is responsible for the package. Not happy with their response and the amount of time overall that I’d waited for this order, I emailed on 19th May to request a refund. Bearing in mind that until this point I had only ever had to wait 24 hours for a response from them, I still haven’t heard anything back. I emailed again on 24th May and today, 26th May. I’ve had nothing. No email, no refund, no parcel.
IT’S A SCAM!!!! DO NOT PAY THIS COMPANY!!!

Just like everyone else I spent money on really cute things for an up coming baby. I confronted them with emails and Facebook messenger and told my package was coming. I’m now trying to get my money back with my bank because I can prove it is a scam. Good luck to everyone with refunds. They don’t even deserve a start.

Same as everyone here. Ordered "free" items February 22nd 2018 and contacted them April 21st 2018 with inquiry. They are "resending" my shipment. It's now almost June. Nothing. At least I'm only out $16 in shipping and learned a lesson. I suspect that they just pocket the ship cost and move on to another target.

Parcel never arrived
Parcel never arrived. When I asked they said it was stuck in China. Still hasnt arrived a month later. Seems alot of people on this page have had the same experience.

I too placed an order with Classy Ella..that was over two months ago now and nothing has come. All confirmation and order emails have mysteriously disappeared from my inbox so i cant issue a refund with them and the "tracking number" they sent me was like everyone else below.. the order was "stuck in china" and didnt seem to move.
Classy Ella? More like Arsey Ella, this site is a complete scam and should be avoided and shut down asap. You should always read the reviews first, that was my mistake. People spread the word!
