Fitted Kitchen was excellent
CLC Interiors have recently fitted our kitchen and have been great all the way through the process. Chris was good when he came out and helped us to design our galley kitchen, and Rob is an excellent fitter. There were a few issues with timing, but nothing that couldn't be resolved and happen anyway when taking on a project like this.
They brought in great tradesmen, who all did a great job for us. I would happily recommend them to friends and family. We are hoping to get our bathroom sorted out by them next!
Sent the wrong item
Sent the wrong item. Despite acknowledging that what was shipped was not the same as what was ordered and sending me a couple of e-mails claiming the issue was being handled, nothing happened despite repeated calls and e-mails. They went silent, and simply did not want to know and to this date still no follow up or refund for the difference.
Absolute sham. Incredibly poor customer service.
Absolute sham. My delivery date for the Thursday was missed, I e-mailed to find out why, received an apology blaming a back log of e-mails (no idea how this links to a missed delivery) and and a promise date for Monday (today). I also asked for a tracking number.
Unsurprisingly, as of 8pm again the radiator was a no show, no tracking number or any comms to explain why. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I still have no idea when I will see the radiator.

Poor Customer Service
I ordered a Reina Greco alumininium radiator for £340 online but unfortunately when I opened the packaging it was badly damaged. I phoned CLC Interiors and they said that it was too late to return and were quite unhelpful. I reminded them of my statutory consumer rights and VISA protection and they agreed to replace and I returned the damaged radiator to their showroom.
After several days of phone calls and emails not being returned CLC Interiors advised that it would take another 2 weeks to provide a replacement. I asked for a refund instead to which they agreed and sourced an alternative radiator from another supplier which has been fitted and looks great.
I am still waiting for a refund some 23 days after CLC Interiors agreed to refund. I have phoned and emailed them but without success. They keep promising to refund but nothing materialises.
I am now going to have to reluctantly reclaim through VISA.
Update - 28 July 2017
CLC Interiors have now confirmed that they are withdrawing their offer to refund or replace the badly damaged item that I have returned which cost £340.
They mentioned the review above as a factor in their decision but I don't believe that they ever intended to honour their offer of a replacement/refund. What sort of company withdraws an offer of a replacement/refund because they object to customer feedback which they encourage all customers to provide?
Amazing fitted kitchen!
Recently had my kitchen fitted and supplied by CLC, couldn't of asked for better customer service everything ran smoothly - clean and tidy also! I am so happy from start to finish with the quality and fitting of all the finishing product..the company have been amazing throughout, the kitchen was fitted when we wanted it and all products came quickly - cannot thank Rob and the team enough for all their hard work! Be aware of the advertising pictures & read small print.
Just read through first two pages of reviews of this site, either very good or rubbish one or the other!!
I bought a bath on price, the pictures I will say misled me as in my opinion the bath had a panel.
Anyway bought it was delivered 3 weeks later (not the advertised 7-11 days)
Minus bath panel now in dispute with them!
They have give some bolshy replies i.e. it was for illustration only, main picture shows only bath, drawing doesn't show panel only bath (news for them it didn't show the legs but they came)!
Main picture was a plan view i.e. looking down so only shows the top shape.
Anyway this review could change if there is an amicable outcome and customer service does its bit.
Got an spam email from them today - I could qualify for £250 if I give 5✯ review.

The term was 'a goodwill gesture' I never asked for a bath panel (I can upload the email) it was in the last email and was not repeatedly asked for and you didn't return the email.
It doesn't say 'bath panel not included either!'
I've never phoned you ! I didn't threaten any action I reminded you of the trade discription act on advertising (I can upload the email) this is so you can update your website!

Just pray you don't have a problem. Received a damaged sink from them and then spent several days calling them regarding a replacement, you have to call them as they will never return a call to you.
In the meantime kitchen fitters waiting to install the sink so had to go out and buy an alternative as CLC didn't seem to be able decide if I should have one or no.
Damaged sink was collected from me on the 20th June and now nearly a month later still awaiting a refund. Apparently many of the accounting team are on holiday!! But of course they will look into it and call me back, so guess I'll be calling them tomorrow.

I kept being given a delivery date and the item just never turned up, this is despite being promised I would receive it within 4-7 days. Over 2 weeks later and I have asked for a refund.
No call backs when requested, no manager to speak to "Sorry I cant find anyone for you to speak with".

Revision
Have just had the sink fitted today and the overflow pipe connecting the overflow to the waste was missing. I have emailed and left a message on the answerphone at CLC so we shall see how they respond.
Lucy at CLC was great, missing part arrived today 2 business days after it was reported missing.

Terrible, just terrible. Sent me the wrong item and then ignored multiple requests to collect it and supply the right one. Eventually said the right one was out of stock, but still didn't refund me. Worst on-line shopping experience I've ever had. Avoid like the plague.
