I wanted a particular sink that was a good price and the design we wanted and nobody seemed to have it in stock and the importers/warehouse were out of stock, but these guys had one in, about the same price as the others and sent it as we wanted - thanks!

Ordered some edging for my Gloss black kitchen, price was good and quantity was good, as I did not need to by 10 metres. I got a length of 2.5m delivered to my door by post within 5 days.
Excellent product and service.

I ordered a 3-1 Minerva tap which was despatched exactly when I was told.
Product was fine but a filter cartridge broke on assembly. I informed CLC and they sent out a replacement within a week. I usually don't review when things go well, it's how a company reacts when things don' go well which is more important. Well done CLC.

Certainly recommend to anyone good web site to use and delivery prompt.
Only issue was all items ordered were damaged, reckon carriers mishandling. Contacted CLC and all items were replaced within days.

I order a sink for a kitchen which was being installed in plenty of time. I had to chase up my order and for a week was passed from either CLC or to the delivery of APC as both services blamed each other for my not receiving this sink. I was then advised that the item I had ordered had been distributed with the incorrect sticker information and had been delivered to the wrong address. At the time I was assured that the item would be collected from this address and delivered to me immediately the following day. Again I did not receive this item and chased up yet again. I was advised again that the item would not be received when again promised as at this late stage I was advised that the address where the item had been incorrectly delivered to would not be in to have this item collected until a few days later and again I was advised that this item would be delivered to me. As a complete fiasco and frustration as I had ordered this item over a month before it was needed I was shocked at this poor performance, delivery and customer service. I received an apology, however the blame was always passed from either side, this was never acceptable. As a result I had to pay a plumber to revisit my property to install a new sink I had in fact had to go out and buy, which was not the one I had wanted from the online service, but had to buy in haste. I have left this with contacting the service requesting a refund and am still waiting. I have never received such poor service and will never order with this service again.

I revived a call the day prior to delivery and had an approximate time given. I asked if I could change delivery address and told this was fine.

The delivery arrived the next day at the agreed time and the delivery driver was helpful and polite.

Great product at a decent price but relatively slow to despatch items. Also the link to track the parcels was to a spoof site. I was slightly alarmed until the parcel actually arrived

When I called with a query about the tap I wanted, the lovely lady who answered was able to respond knowledgeably about the product, and offered to take my order straight away, without the need to go back online. My tap arrived on the day promised and I love it. I try to support smaller companies when I can and I was not disappointed.

Lovely sink and tap .. Sink in but not the tap as a couple of parts missing... So still waiting for these to be delivered

Ordered waste for Belfast sink, but different item to the one described arrived.
After 11 days and many phone calls, I was told this is the correct item and they are in the process of changing their details and picture.
Poor.

I found ordering online very simple, and when I had a query during the order process and phoned I was answered very quickly and helpfully and went on to complete the order. The delivery came on the day we were told, and we are very pleased with the product! Many thanks!

So many taps we looked at were so expensive. This tap looks wonderful and was such a good price. It also came very quickly

Internal kitchen appliances are sophisticated pieces of kit, so I was expecting to pay more than you would for a free standing waste bin. After shopping around what seemed like the entire internet, I kept returning to CLC for their range, quality and value for money. Payment was simple and delivery was quick. The item was very well packaged, of substantial quality and complete with simple instructions. I'm a very happy customer!

A few bad reviews made me think twice about ordering a fragile ceramic sink. Item arrived within 4 days, trusted courier & packaged very well. Sink looks immaculate, very happy.

Ordered this product as was nearest fit for our needs, super competitive price and excellent delivery service.
Product is exactly what we wanted as in picture and description.
Really pleased with companies communication and would recomennd this company to anyone.

No call to arrange delivery as stated in e-mail. Link to tracking did not work. No call before re-arranged delivery, no appology !!

However, Delivered product is very good quality and value
