I note the reviews here and either I’ve been lucky or there has been a change in operations. I placed 2 orders over the weekend, emailed for an update on Tuesday and was told they were being sent out. Tracking was sent and the parcels arrived today exactly at the time specified. I received everything ordered and the prices were ridiculously cheap for Koziol Christmas decorations and a couple of other items,

Have purchased 6 Magic Poo Play Slime Squishy Mouldable Toy For Kids And Practical Jokers for my Grandchildren they should be removed from shelves as I fear that they are very old stock and the items I had purchased must have a short shelf life of the product they are hard and rubbery not fit to use very disappointed, in the description it says that the product You can mould the Poo into any squish, stretch and bounce it. Magic it not magic it rubbery. The offer is only 39p with a printed £9.99 retail I never seen this product being £9.99 at a retail figure surely this is not right ? when many compatible product sell at £1.00 ?

Placed an order, wasn't given tracking, goods weren't delivered. They replied to first of my emails and asked me to wait. I did. Nothing happened. They didn't reply to my second.
I would award no stars.

Ordered some items, packaged arrived containing some random items, none of which I had ordered. Contacted clearence shed to get either a refund or to send the correct items. Clearance shed did not respond to any emails. Avoid this company.

Bought it during lock down time, took over a month to dispatch but given the situation it was forgivable. At first all the bad review made me feel like it was never going to come but mine did arrive in the end.

Four stars because missed one item, lucky it was cheap so not bothered with the refund.

After reading all the negative reviews I was a bit unsure about ordering. However, placed my order on Thursday and it was delivered by Hermes on Saturday. No problems at all and very happy with my bargain!

Two separate orders made in the last couple of weeks - both received with no issue. I hadn’t seen the reviews here or on Facebook. But paid via PayPal just incase as a little hesitant as the item I ordered is hard to find. But was dispatched the next day, arrived via MyHermes in 48 hours with absolutely no issue. Ordered another immediately and again absolutely no issue.

Ordered 1st July, monies taken and credited to Clearance Shed. I have chased my order 4 times to request an update no response.
Clearance Shed do not respond via email or their 'Contact Us' page. Phone number is as much use as a chocolate fireguard due to always going to voicemail.

I ordered over £30 of items. Hadn't heard anything after a week, they tell you you will receive tracking quickly. Received one email saying a new order had been posted, 2 days later another email saying items had been posted. Today I received £6 worth of my items only. Customer service is shocking. I have no issues with delays at all but letting your customers know is helpful.
Eventually got 3 more items with no update. But have had to through PayPal for a refund on the rest.

Having read plenty of negative reviews about this company, I was sceptical about using them. However, I placed a large order on Tuesday and the items were delivered on Friday. Their prices are exceptionally low and communication from placing my order to delivery has been excellent. I cannot recommend them enough.

Under new management I'm told and customer service was great, will definitely be back for more bargains.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I Was charged for both of my items plus p&p which were never received. I’ve emailed the company THREE TIMES regarding my order and have never receive it nor have I been reimbursed. Absolute con. Do not trust.

I placed an order, paid for goods which included delivery fee. Days later, I have still not received the goods. I contacted them and they responded by saying the item had been shipped and provided me with a Hermes tracking number, went onto Hermes website, entered the tracking number provided and their status is that they are waiting to receive the parcel from the Clearance Shed..
I have contacted the Clearance Shed via email several times now, no response what so ever. I have rung them but they have an automated answer message stating they are unavailable and to leave a message and they will get back you....... They have not got back to me.

DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THESE ROBBERS.

Placed order on 27th May on next day tracked delivery. No tracking number emailed to me. I have rang them several times. Emailed them contacted them on amazon and Facebook but still no reply. £69.99 is a lot of money to spend and not receive the item. I would be like a refund. Extremely disappointing.

Ordered a canvas over a month ago and hasnt arrived was meant to within 4 days, still processing, those buggers stole my money, have emailed them 3 times to no reply

What a load of rubbish these people are, I ordered a garden storage box £149.99 on the 4th of May on 24 hour tracking, it wasn't collected until the 12th, I received it on the 22nd but that was after multiple emails and phone calls to them and UPS, they only responded once and that was only because I noticed they also sell through Amazon and probably had to respond, it arrived in the UPS depot in Reading on the 13th and as stated it finally arrived yesterday 22nd, I might add on opening the box the corner had been broken, do you think I'm going to waste my time all over again trying to get any help from Clearance Shed?? 🤔 I think not.

Having read some of the reviews a bit worried about ordering but I am glad I did came within 2days of me ordering well packed and I love the coffee table thankyou great service good product

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.!!I placed an order for painting kits for my grandchildren. They never arrived. I emailed the company numerous times and phoned numerous times. I have heard nothing. They have taken my money. I feel they have stolen my money. Terrible service. My grandchildren are disappointed as i had promised these gifts.

I deeply regret not reading reviews first.They are scammers i read company policy on returned items( not personalised)i would be given a collect + returns label but,to my dismay that is not the case, i was informed they would only accept returned items if i paid and only if items were in sellable condition( items were unused & in unopened boxes which they were unused and only i box was unopened)when they recieved goods back.Very sad to say unprofessional.

Very dissatisfied not only did Hermes loose the parcel,but three E Mails an 1 one phone call later still no response back from this company despite me also leaving my phone number .
