Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Operates under many names which now sparks concern.
Original order placed 23rd April but never arrived. Ordered 2 toddler cutlery sets, 2 mini light boxes for our wedding party (4th May) and a small toddler plate. The order was never shipped and they didn’t know why and then the cutlery was out of stock but reassured me the rest would be delivered this week and I’d have the light boxes in time. On the 2nd May I had the poxy plate through the letter box so I phoned about the missing items and they said they’d send them on a next day and here we are no light boxes the day before the party and they didn’t even leave the building when theyve been tracked. The people that work on the customer services team are useless.

Wrong and missing items. Poor customer service.
I've ordered from this site 4 times and every time there has been something missing from my order. I did eventually receive the items on those occasions however this time there is four things missing from my order. No mention of them on invoice that came with delivery. Two items were wrong size and colour, two items were damaged, and one did not match description. Trying to get an answer from customer services is like pulling teeth. I still don't know where the missing items are or if/when I'll get refunded and what for. Also they have never sent out a dispatch email with tracking info even though they claim to so I've had no idea when packages were due to arrive. Not worth the trouble just for the cheap prices.
