Very bad company..ordered 4 items received only 2 but damaged . I wonder why they are allowed to trade. Horrible horrible company .i want a refund or il sue them. I have decided to update this review because I have received another bad experience .the company denies that I ordered 4 items and they have charged me for 4 items and it’s also clearly stated on the invoice issued to me. I am not sure why this company is trying to scam me. I want my money back or else il take this up

I made a purchase of several item's from Clearance Shed and paid for next day delivery, unfortunately however my item's never arrived. I contacted Clearance Shed via e-mail and got a very prompt response from them. I received a very apologetic e-mail and a full refund for my item's. This error was on the part of the courier I believe and not Clearance Shed themselves however the customer service that I received went way above and beyond.

I recently ordered several items, my order arrived quickly, however 1 item was wrong. I have contacted them several times about a replacement, but like other people have heard nothing back. The things I received were good quality and a good price. Looking at previous reviews I’m just glad that I received my order, but doubt I will use this site again.

Placed an order a few weeks ago, but nothing has arrived, despite money being taken. Looks like others have had same issues as this too. I have emailed multiple times with no response. Unacceptable and will be taking further action.

I wished I had read these reviews before I made an order with these thieves! I made an order 3 weeks ago, they took my money and never heard back from them. I emailed them asking when to expect the delivery, they responded to say there has been a problem with the courier and if I want a refund. I replied to say yes please refund me in full. It has now been 2 weeks and nothing. I have emailed them 4 times asking for an update and nothing. I can't believe these thieves are getting away with this. I have now raised this with my bank in the hope they can get my money back.

Like others, if I could give a zero rating I would. Awful company to deal with with. I placed an order for a considerable sum, which has failed to be delivered. No tracking has been given and the company ignore all my messages and emails.
Clearance Shed shouldn't be allowed to trade. Looks like I'm going to have to take this further to Trading Standards ☹️

I bought a power charger from Amazon and got sent the totally the wrong item ‼️⁉️have written to them but so far no reply❗️

Absolutely disgusting ordered stuff weeks ago and not received anything, cant get through to them or anything disgrace, avoid at all costs

I've order twice now within a space of one month. All the items I ordered are more than perfect. 100% recommended. good quality, I really can not believe the quality of their product and the price are so so low compare to the high street.

Part of my package was ordered they don’t answer phones voice mails Facebook or emails. No way of me getting a refund so I’ve lost money

Ordered 20 Yankee Candle Wax Warmers. Advertised as individually boxed. No boxes arrived and because the glass is so fragile I can’t post them ! I shouldn’t have to pay out for stationery. They expect me to pay postage to return. Not very happy at all.

Worst customer service ever. They said they would send out tracking information but never did. Still have not recieved my item. Avoid!
Apparently they sent it out once already but it got lost in transit?!

DREADFUL. 10 days & still no orders. Do not reply to emails, do not answer phone. Next step TRADING STANDARDS
