They provided an accurate and reasonable quote, which they didn't arbitrarily bump up afterwards.

The work was done quickly and efficiently - no fuss, no hassle. There was a snag on my part, which was dealt with effortlessly.

Dealing with my late great aunt's property, especially from a distance, is stressful. These people understood this and were hugely empathetic and the level of communication was excellent. Just what I was looking for.

They did a good job. What more could you ask for?

First rate service, arrived at stated time, two very polite guys who cleared a mountain of rubbish within the space of 90 minutes.

Most of the clearance had been collated by family members, so it was only a matter of loading the van. The guys were friendly and did a good job, but we felt the cost for two hours work was a bit excessive. However, realising the job was less than first estimated, without hesitation, Clearance Solutions reduced the cost, for which we are very grateful.

I needed to get a house completely cleared (furniture, kitchenware, old clothes, clutter, everything) and Clearance Solutions delivered a brilliant service throughout the entire process: Within hours they arranged a visit to prepare a detailed quote, which arrived the following day. I found the quote very clear and itemised and at a fair price. The removal was scheduled just within a few days. The removal teams were superb: very friendly, very diligent, carefully handling the larger items to avoid scratching or staining the walls. They also arranged for a deep cleaning service on very short notice, which was excellent. The cleaners did not leave anything unturned - when I returned at the end of the day even the fridge had been cleaned. Overall: Very customer friendly and responsive, high quality service delivery and great attention to detail. Thanks for a job well done!

Used this company for a house clearance, the house was 3 floors and a lot of furniture and items needed to be removed. Communication with this company was excellent and easy. The 3 removal men that came were very efficient and friendly. They could not have done enough. They even helped me jump start my car. Would really recommend this company.
