When ordering was given a code for free items with my order.
My order arrived in good time but not the offer , emailed them and received a quick reply with an apology and saying items on the way. 2 days later received the item .
Like their customer care and support will definitely use again

As expected my delivery was on time and intact. Beautiful stock and wonderful free gifts too. I have been buying for several years now and never been disappointed. The jewellery is topnotch and the Christmas crackers superb.

Easy to use , great value, huge range,easy site to navigate, outstanding products, very, very good delivery time, just all round excellent quality and value .

Free gift was broken, tried to contact but no reply

I was sent the wrong chain with my order. I have sent 2 emails regarding this and not had any response but getting loads of offer emails promoting sales

Simple to place my order and kept informed regarding delivery. The free gifts I received were as lovely as my preferred choice

I ordered a watch from my grandson, unfortunately he doesn't like it and I need to return it. I emailed Clear Crystal as per their T&C's 4 times and sent 2 messages on the website, still No response! So disappointed. I've ordered some beautiful jewellery no problem as I never needed to return anything before.

Sporadic prices, "sales" often included overly inflated figures. Jewellery is not silver and sends you green. Emails sent to info are not replied to.

My "free" gift was a metal bangle that could have been mistaken as a craft supply.

Crackers were indeed pretty and half of the items were decent, but for the price I expected a much more quality product. Its no surprise that they are "closing down".

I brought a couple of rings but got sizing wrong so sent them back on 21st July but still have not received my refund. I have messaged them four times asking when I might be getting my refund but have heard nothing from them, not even an acknowledgement.

Clear Crystal has made our Christmas fantastic with the amazing crackers! I have bought them for years and absolutely enjoyed the joy it has brought!

Overall not bad. However, with first purchase there seemed to be free gift of a pen, but when I opened the package it was in complete pieces. Products are very nice though.
