I returned my order upon their instructions after receiving rubbish goods (not a single crystal item in the order) but have not received my refund. I have sent so many messages asking them to refund my order or to contact me if there is a problem, but have been completely ignored. Shame on you for your awful customer service.

I brought some earrings, they are pretty but I can not put them in . The stem is fixed and can’t work out how to put them in. Send 2 emails which have been ignored. Can not get a refund as no information how to do this. Invoice says to contact customer services , but no reply. Company closing down so guess I’ve got to loss my money as earrings not fit for purpose

This lot are thieves I ordered 2 bracelets through Groupon and received 1 they don’t answer emails, there is no contact phone number stay away from this company

I have always loved your crackers.advent calendar and more. Such good value for money, and seeing people faces on receiving these wonderful gifts by a Christmas crackers or advent.

I'm sorry, but I was disappointed! Poor quality of the actual advent calender, flimsy card, the jewellery wasn't that good for an adult, as a kids trinket advent it would be good . Expensive for what it was in my opinion.
I will be gifting it to my Niece rather than my daughter, but it's way over what I would normally spend on her gift!
