Can't pay my bill they keep sending temporary passwords that doesn't work and I can't pay my bill online its redicillious and it's going on for weeks and I'm going to change provider
Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service, my sim card was due to be delivered last Thurday and my number was then to be ported over on Sunday.
Sim card didn't arrive so i contacted clearmobile on Chat on Friday to be told, there was nothing they could do until my number ported over on Sunday so to contact them again on Monday and they would re-send sim for next day delivery. I would have everything set up by Tuesday.
Anyway I spoke to an agent again on Saturday, the agent was so rude and first told me it was sent back because I gave wrong address. Then when I asked for the address they had for me (which was correct) I was told, they attempted to deliver it but I wasn't at home! I was home all day!
The agent told me to stop going round in circles ,there was nothing else that could be done and that a new sim would be sent if i contacted again Monday and would be sent for next day delivery.
When I asked to speak a manger, she said they would call me back at some stage Saturday and to keep my phone on me - no phone call!!
I contacted them again on Monday and was told it would be out Tuesday. It didn't arrive!!
Back on again to be told you will definitely have it tomorrow. I spoke to escalation team at this stage.
It would be activated immediately. Sim card arrived and I contacted them to activate it...it didn't work!
I was told it would work when an post marked it as delivered. I spoke to a lady on escalation team then to be told it will take 24/48 hours!!! I'm just so annoyed at this stage.
The customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with.
I asked to speak to a manager. She said I will ask but they probably won't call back!! I'm baffled at how bad it is. There was not one memebr of the team that could give me a straight answer.

I literally was unable to pay my bill not coz i didn't have the funds but coz their systems werent working. I rang several times to say funds are now available for you to take from my account but they said I needed to upgrade my card details which I tried to do but there was no option to do this online. I offered to pay in person but they do not have an over the counter office. I now have to go to another company and change my number. Clearmobile totally disregarded my custom for the past three years and it s very unclear why. Unclearmobile.
Slow internet
I should check review here first,I mived to them they offered cheaper 12.99 mountly, I order card on 10th February arrived quick and I setup for move to them on 28th February. First I couldn't get set open account page because it was sent me renew pass code to my email which I didn't received . Ok on 28 I start use my Clear mobile which speed is very slow it was 0.5 Mbps, after i set up APN (it was in bookled for Rouming )tnen internet became upto 5 Mbps which is was below in modern time, same day Im moved back to order GoMo which i was using before!

my services were impacted and coz i am mostly UK based this was extremely inconvenient. for about a month i kept trying to pay my bill but was still getting the same error as before. now not only am i concerned that my credit rating will be affected but i will lose the mobile number i have had for 22 years. the most recent messages with CM was that i wanted to leave but they told me in order to keep my mobile number i would need ot sign up again and get a new sim delivered but to sign up i need to pay €15. believe it or not i am not willing to do this. hard to believe folks but this is all true, worst company in history.

Terrible customer service couldn't fix a basic issue so I left the network. Kept sending me annoying emails saying I owed then a negative amount. I.E. they owed me money.

Guys don't switch your network to clear mobile, just noticed yesterday, I am not getting any incoming calls and messages.
My colleague was late yesterday she was calling me and said my phone is going on voicemail,
I asked her can you try it now, she did and same thing happened.
Also downloaded speed is sooper slow.
I contacted to them today but they could not solve issue.
I don't like ti give bad reviews, but I am sharing my experience with you, bcz I don't want u to do same mistake as I did.

Data Roaming in EU does not work
I have just left Clear Mobile to switch to Eir. I had no problems with Clear Mobile while at home in Ireland, but the data roaming in the EU simply did not work. I was always able to get through to customer support via chat (albeit on Facebook Messenger as they did not have any other means of contact, which I found very unprofessional), but no matter how many times I tried to change my configuration settings, the data simply would not work anywhere in the EU. Which meant I had to purchase eSim packages every time I went travelling. Would avoid

Horrible service, website took money from my bank twice because of they’re bad glitchy website saying “please re enter a valid debit card” even tho it is valid. I suppose this is a way of them to steal your money because even tho that error comes up they still take your money. Going to dispute it with my bank if the money doesn’t get refunded today. They even had the gaul to ask me if I could stay with them and I wouldn’t have to pay. Oh yes and they also charged me with reconnection fees??? What the hell is that about and they never explained why. Don’t trust this scam of a network provider.
