From start to finish I was extremely happy. The website was easy to use, when I wanted to double check I had the correct part I called up, and the agent on the phone was absolutely brilliant. Ended up ordering back online, and recieved part the very next day !! extremely happy

Ordered some DPF cleaner and it arrived in day or so and it has appeared to have done the job - done about 50 miles since adding it to the tank and no more smoke when i accelerate hard. Good price, good service and will definately shop here again.

I've had three deliveries of exhaust parts in the last couple of weeks and the service was good with all the bits I ordered enclosed.The website allows me to narrow down the exact model of car and the exact part I need.
Slight damage to all parts but that's clearly down to careless couriers,easy to repair,slightly bent brackets and damage to the ends of tubes but on the whole very pleased.

Only 4 days for delivery to Germany, low shipping costs, too. Perfect.

I was looking for a new catalytic converter for my Audi A2. clickcarparts offered it for the best price and the reviews let me order there. Easy to order parts, fast shipping and very reasonable pricing. The packaging of the items could have been better, there were some holes in the cardboard boxes (sharp edges on shock absorbers) but luckily nothing broke. The shopping cart feature on the website could be better, i ordered shock absorbers for the front and rear axle but in the shopping cart it only show as "shock absorber" without any more info than the price of the article. Makes it hard to distinguish different parts from each other. Other than that it was all very good.
