This company is now trading on eBay

This company is now trading on eBay. I recently made a purchase with them, they showed 10 items available, and had them discounted.
3 days after placing my order, they contacted me to say they couldn’t honour the sale, with a story that the supplier wouldn’t supply them with my item as they’d sold it too cheap!!
After constant chasing, eventually managed to get a refund, which means eBay won’t allow me to leave a review of the company as the transaction was cancelled.
I won’t ever use them again, wish I’d seen the reviews on here first as wouldn’t have used them.

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company. They use an unreliable/non easy contacting customer service delivery service!! Better chances getting through to HMRC! Why companies don’t just use a simple service for its customers like RM/DPD I don’t know. This this makes me angry towards the company. Delivery says Arrived. Yes in 1 section. Missing 2 more sections! This is my first point of contact as I’ve given up trying to navigate the silly DX who the hell is that?! Needs a signature so was 1 failed attempt! I work for a living. I don’t have time to wait or take out of a wait time of hours to receive a package! Who’s paying me to do that ? Not you. If you want to run a good company name and have good feedback. The first step would be to get a proper carrier company you can actually contact direct to! And not a robot chat line like they have that have no agents all day!

Sort your delivery side of the business out if you want happy customers and a good reputation! The delivery side is the first/last line of actual real communication with a person dealing in behalf of your company! It’s the last impression. Probably best to get that right first as you won’t get a silly 1* rating. Product is good may I ad.

Terrible company

Terrible company , be very cautious if your buying from here , bought a walk through Renault master carpet with upgraded deluxe and green trimming (if you customize trimming you don’t get a refund and this is where they catch you ) it came and it’s the total wrong size for my van , they tried to tell me because it’s a camper van it’s different as it’s converted , this is not true as the front cab has never been altered , today I had to cut it to suit and put extra carpet in to cover the gap in middle . Terrible company with terrible knowledge

Just had the " silencer" box they sent…

Just had the " silencer" box they sent me fitted and its louder than the one its replacing that has lost its baffles..dont think any were fitted ..now im gonna have to pay again to take it off..buy another..and pay again to have it fitted..the cheapest isnt always the best.Avoid.

Be no stars if that was an option, purchased an exhaust of them, been waiting nearly a month now tracking details shows item hasnt moved in over three weeks, worst experience ever, back and forth wasting my time, avoid this crowd like the plague, had to get ebay involved and wait their period of time for a refund, AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolutely shocking customer service!

Absolutely shocking customer service!
I bought some wiper blades from their eBay shop in January after checking with them which ones I needed.
Due to lockdowns etc I haven’t used my car much until the past couple of months.
I’ve been having a few issues with them coming off and assumed I’d knocked them when cleaning.
Then they started missing the middle of the screen.
I decided to visit my local garage who told me they were completely wrong for the car.
I contacted Click Car Parts and politely asked them what could be done.
They replied saying return them and the address, to which I asked if there was a pre-paid label (after all the sold me the incorrect wipers after checking what I needed).
After some VERY short unprofessional replies they won’t advise how to send them or reimburse the postage as it was their mistake. They put this down to me not contacting them soon enough.
I’ve never experienced such shocking unprofessional behaviour!

Great people to deal with

Great people, trustworthy and helpful. Sorted out a refund with no fuss due to delivery issue with their courier. Would use again without hesitation. Good communication too.

Would give minus stars if possible ! I bought a centre exhaust pipe & back box for my fiat 500 waited almost a month for it to arrive 🙁 the courier they use is XDP when the driver arrived @ my door to deliver the items they weren’t even on the van ??? WHAT ! had to wait another couple days for delivery..so when I tried to fit the parts they did not fit they were not even close and way out of dimension the back box was banging off the floor and the centre part was way to short to attaché to the cat I started a return on eBay but to my horror I was supposed to pay for the return 😡 on both items..click car parts are a terrible company cowboy company more like I tried to message them through eBay but were always unavailable I think eBay should ban these conmen as they just take your money for their own enjoyment

I must have been really lucky...

I must have been really lucky to receive great service! It's the first time I've ordered off them via ebay, but unfortunately due to estimated delivery time being approx 2.5 weeks, I decided to cancel. I messaged them on ebay and explained my situation and within minutes they refunded me my money and cancelled the ebay order. My experience on this occasion was 5 stars.

Only getting 1 star because there is not a zero star.
Dispatch of items ordered is measured in geological time, three weeks to dispatch is just not acceptable.
If the item is in stock, why does it take three weeks to give it to a courier?

WORST SELLER I EXPERINCED ON EBAY for 20 Years

Item arrived LATE, with existing DAMAGE evident through RUST and further damage from BAD PACKAGING in transit. It was an exhaust. Due to the weeks I waited for delivery I had to buy from a reputable supplier who delivered next day. I was left with an exhaust in my house for weeks. Their courier is BAD too. UN-APPOLOGETIC

Bought a battery from click car parts…

Bought a battery from click car parts through amazon marketplace. The battery failed after 10 months.These batteries have a 12month warranty which should be honoured by the seller according to the manufacturer. These guys are simply uncontactable through amazon. They don't reply to any of amazon's messages. Amazon won't honour the refund as it's a amazon marketplace seller transaction. Simply buy from halfords next time!

Beware, no goods and ZERO customer service

Beware! If you buy from this scam outfit you may lose your money! I bought a battery from this outfit for £104. They marked it as dispatched, but didn't send me any tracking info, so i had no idea when it would be delivered. After a week and no delivery, i messaged them for an update, and a very short and abrupt response saying it was delivered and giving a tracking number. On checking it on the couriers website, it said "DELIVERED, UNABLE TO SIGN DUE TO COVID" and marked it as delivered on Saturday afternoon. Well there was nobody home on Saturday. So clearly it wasn't delivered to me. No "missed you / left with neighbour card" was left, so i asked for more info from CLickcarparts as to where it was left, possibly a neighbour. There response was again abrupt and unhelpful. I made my own inquiries and no neighbours had it. So asked them to investigate with the courier where it was. They were rude, unhelpful, and blatantly dismissive, basically saying, the courier marked it as delivered, so in our opinion you have it, stop wasting our time. They would not accept the slightest notion that a mistake had been made, it had been delivered elsewhere, the courier messed up etc. Move on a few weeks and the Yodel courier is delivering a different parcel to me, and asks "did i get the battery he left". No i reply, what did you do with it? It turns out he just left it behind my van in the driveway. As this area is not in my sightline coming and going, and i wasn't using the van ( couldn't work due to covid crisis), and no card was left to tell me it's there, i was unaware, and when i did search initially after Click claimed it was delivered when i chased them up, it wasn't there. Clearly someone had taken it in the 5 days or so it sat there. So i got on to Yodel couriers, who did check with their driver and confirm the facts were true. They said they can't process a claim, it has to be done by the seller - Clickcarparts. So i ask them to claim, and there were NOT INTERESTED. Despite me being £104 out of pocket, and Yodel saying they accept responsibility and will accept a claim, Click just would submit one. They are just lazy and incompetent, and once they have your money, they don't care at all. After many many many messages, wasting an awful lot of my time, i managed to persuade them to put in a claim. They said they would submit one. Maybe 10 days later i ask for progress, THEN they say i need to complete a form. They don't say where or how, it's always a brief one line answer to messages, that are totally inadequate and unhelpful, and require several further messages to get answers. Seeing as they sometimes take 2-3 days to respond each time, this wastes a load of time. They say they'll send me a form. Over a week later still no form, so i chase it up again and eventually get a claim form emailed through. I complete it and promptly return it. They say they will submit it. SO NEARLY 3 MONTHS LATER I'VE HAD NO FURTHER RESPONSE FROM CLICK, ( over 6 months since purchase!) AND I NOW SEEM TO BE BLOCKED AS I CAN'T SEND THEM ANY MORE MESSAGES. i suspect they didn't bother submitting the claim, but if they did and were refunded, they have just kept it, so they've been paid twice, and i'm still £104 out of pocket!! I suggest you avoid this company. There are many many similar reviews from others who have lost out by using this company. You might be lucky and all goes well, but if it doesn't, you will regret buying from this company. Unlike many companies that will help resolve issues, they have zero customer service skills and zero interest in helping customers with problems. I even emailed the MD directly, and as you probably guessed, got ZERO response. Clearly this company is rotten from top to bottom. AVOID!
